I wish plebs didn't have their tendency to become addicted to things they have seen before and consequently continue paying money for them to be continued regardless of their quality or how much longevity they realistically were intended to have.

Imagine how many more new possibilities the people who worked on a bazillion unnecessary seasons of Simpsons could have made over the years instead if it were given a proper conclusion and just ended. It would still be regarded as a good show and we'd possibly have a half dozen or more new good shows. Even if half of the hypothetical new shows turn out to be shite, you're still netting more quality than having one zombie Simpsons.
