The latest episode sucked dick
>I've never closed the breach before, it was always you. Except for the last time I told this story you were always killed by Lord Commander.
>op's so mad that he made his failure of a thread again
Not mad, just ended up busy right after I posted the last one, so I didn't have time to reply to anything and it died before I got back.
What was the point of making another Gary from her memories on a holodeck aside from a quick make-out session?
Why would reconstructing someone from memories draw so much power it nearly killed the ship?
Why would Quinn risk killing everyone just to use the holodeck?
Why would the power outage cause everything to fail except the holodeck and conveniently the button that releases the KVNs needed for the B-plot?
Why the shitty, sappy piano music?
>sucked dick.
Funny how Ash had the lest amount.of lines this episode
I like ash, but that really had nothing to do with it. The episode was just really, really predictable. The only thing I didn't see coming was Lil' Cato nearly being blasted out of an airlock as a joke, only for it to be completely forgotten and never mentioned again, not even when it nearly happened to him again at the end of the episode.
I think it was to address the elephant in the room that Nightfall is Quinn. An alt universe Quinn but still she has feelings for Gary and can only bottle it so long. Especially considering they're basically stuck in a ship together. But like Gary said he's not her Gary and here's is gone
>Why the shitty, sappy piano music?
Because she can let go of old memories. Her and Gary were making a completely new memory together.
There was shit they had to address or get pegged for leaving plotholes and inconsistencies, but this is probably gonna wind up being the season's undisputed low point.
Seeing the old KVN design blows home how much I hate that KVN has an actual mouth and not the design-mouth he had in S1.
The bit about the piano music was more a critique on the obvious forced drama. The tonal whiplash from flipping between the A-plot and the B-plot made it hard to take the crap with Quinn and Gary seriously, made worse by it being basically dragged out for the entire episode.
The real question is, how could Gary blow the chance at a Quinn threesome not once but twice? Sure, this time it was with two Garries, but he seems like the kind of guy that would be fine with that.
If your going to touch balls might as well be your own.
It's only gay if balls are touching, but if they're your own balls it's ok. There's nothing gay about touching yourself.
I hate how Garry wanted to see KVN die in season 1 and now that there's no reason for him to still be around they won't kill him.
How many episodes are left this season? Last season by this episode we already on the way to closing the breach / fighting the lord commander.
Shit feels way looser this season even with needing to address some of the relationship stuff.
I think someone in the Final Space Discord mentioned like, 14 episodes this season?
Honestly Gary outright admitted he loved himself, even when he saw his own junk.
Gary would've been totally okay with it, if the ship wasn't being destroyed.
This season is less serialized than the previous one because of some executive.
That’s because the Final Space writers still think he’s HIGHLAAAARIOUS. Same with Tribore
Well that fucking sucks, episodes 5-10 of season 1 were pretty damn good.
They're the worst characters on the show.
I don't know, I sort of prefer this style of storytelling, but this season did sort of drop the ball by establishing the thing with the keys, then having half of the episodes having nothing to do with them. It makes any episode that doesn't have the keys feel like a filler episode.
The writters knew KVN and Tribore were the least interesting characters and Avocato and Quinn were actually interesting then they gave us this shit for S2 when S1 wasn't even strong enough to call this a nose dive.
The new cast is also irredeemably bad. Ash and HUE are the only decent gags this season and they've been over used for a while now
Did anyone even remember who Clarance was when S2 premiered?
>Did anyone even remember who Clarance was when S2 premiered?
Nope. I think the one girl who tagged along with Tribore managed to be more memorable.
I don't even think Avocato and Quinn were very interesting characters. They were both rushed by the plot to get along with Gary in order for it to have impact when they were written out of the plot. It didn't even seem like Avocato and Gary knew each other for that long before he died.
Season 2 sucks in general though.
There seems to be no direction for the plot, I mean they set up the cosmic cubes but then you have episodes like the 80-year little cato and nighthawk fucking a hologram where the main plot doesn't even exist.
They added way too many new characters and didn't cut down the worst of the original cast (looking at you tribore).
The worst thing though: They did my boy HUE dirty and now he's a fucking unfunny joke of a character
