Because women can't compete with real dolls.

Mean bitches want to establish dominance by keeping other beneath them. Cute robo waifu threatens that.

because fuck robots

They were popular and stood out from the crowd, and they enjoyed the attention that came with that.
Jenny stood out even more though, if not due to the fact that she was a literal robot, then because she saved the city (or endangered it herself) on multiple occasions. This took the spotlight off of them, and they didn't like that. Their popularity was basically all they had going for them. Take it away and they're just a couple of bitches. Absurdly cute bitches, mind you. But bitches all the same.

Jenny was potentially able to become more popular than them

Because one is an ugly British squirrel hybrid and the other is voiced by Cree Summers

Jenny was a teen female robot that has the intelligence of a typical high school girl who doesn't fit in. She was bond to get more attention then those two THOTS either way you look at it even without Jenny saving the town on a everyday bases.

Also, may I remind you that you have people like Sheldon falling in love with Jenny.

You know, for being cousins they seem very close. Almost like sisters. Were they raised close/often enough for them to be like that?

they go the the same school together.
why do you hate your cousins, user??

Repressed robosexuality

Probably. I have cousins that you could swear were sisters because of the way they treat and act around each other. My aunts always did babysitting favors for each other, so their daughters all spent a lot of time together. All in their mid to late 20s now, they still act like sisters. It's sweet, really.

Since the Crust Cousins apparently live in the same city (or close enough that they both go to the same school), they probably had a similar growing experience where they spent a lot of time together as kids. Hell, it's possible they live next door to each other. Rich siblings living close to one another is not entirely uncommon.

Kinda hard to be the most popular kids in school when there’s a superhero robot around.

post it

An episode showed that they lived in the same house and even shared a bedroom.

Xenophobia

Cuz that’s what school bullies do
If you look slightly different they’ll make fun of you

Because the scriptwriters demanded Jenny have a foil. Bad scriptwriting puts the character's personalities and relationships to the main characters first before they have a reason to justify it, leading to these awkward post-hoc situations where you have alpha bitches who are unnecessarily angry at the protagonist.

They were big John Connor fangirls

>best characters in the show are the result of bad scriptwriting

Well, yes, as is the case with most kid's shows. It doesn't need to be a masterpiece, or even all that good, when the main demographic hasn't been exposed to enough media to notice these types of things.

They're good characters because they have good voice acting, designs, and personality. The reason for their existence is as contrived as any other character's existence outside the show's meta, but within it, they have presence, and the meta doesn't matter at that point.

I think the creators said how they're actually sisters and just pretend being cousins.
They do it people constantly asked them why do they look so different.

*because people constantly asked them

No.

They didn't hate her, Jenny was different so they had the need to bully her as popular girls often do.

Robots before thots.
