The entire left half of the table makes sense. Dexter and Jimmy are super geniuses, DD is a regular genius gifted at 2x4 technology and marketing, and Numbah 1 is a goddamn spymaster.
But the only ones who make sense on the right are the Test Twins, even if their show blows. Velma isn't even a regular genius, she's just smart. Daria is a cynic who are would never join a group calling itself Illuminati. Better fits would be Kim Possible, Lisa Simpson, or XJ9

Jimmy, the Test twins and Dexter are super-genius tier. Edd is very smart, he's a skilled carpenter and good at math, but nowhere near the level of the first four. Velma and Daria are just regular people. I don't know what adult Nigel is like, but literally everyone in the KND is a fucking moron, my guess he's just a normal guy as well. So really only the first four should be in there.
