Despite the rest of the film being middling, this part is great. Closest thing we'll ever get to an Injustice film
For me, it's when steve Rogers says he doesnt like bullies or when he jumps on the grenade in first avenger
>2019
>not liking boy scout heroes
Yondu's ending, dance off, we're all losers in a circle, just the gotg movies in general
I'd have chosen the warehouse scene personally but this is cool
The First Avenger is by far the most underrated MCU movie. Cap's trilogy was flawless.
Hulk especially was great in this

I know Batman roughing up Superman is played out to death but watching this in 1997 blew my tiny mind. youtu.be

Delicious superhero cheese.
Agreed, especially with the same creators working on IW/EG, you could avoid Whedon pain and just watch the 5 movies as a really satisfying Steve arc.
give me 5 reasons why this thread shouldnt be moved to
>cap goes from scrawny kid to literally staring down an alien army all by himself
Dude just cant stop
Because they would just say ""
cape stuff belongs on Yea Forums and Yea Forums is a hellhole infested with alt-right trolls, pedophiles and snyderfags.
That old lady is the Supreme Intelligence?
using Mar-Vell's face
The Black Panther shone more in Civil War than in his own solo movie
I loved the waterfalls fights.

It was a mistake to make the final fight CGI. I'm assuming it had to have been forced in. Marvel has to learn there's nothing wrong with two guys duking it out with little to no CGI.

This fucking scene. Even watching it now, i fucking love it.

Ant man decimating the leviathan
I remember thinking that the Avengers battling Loki in the finale of the first season was the best fight I've ever seen in a cartoon show maybe ever, It's unfortunate that I can't find that shit anywhere. EHM was so based.
Hell yeah
I think this scene really shows what makes the Guardians of the Galaxy so great. Nice character interaction, quips, an emotional beat to the scene and SOUL. It'll be hard to say goodbye after Vol, 3 is released.
The milk truck arrives
My nippon blade is rising
Gaijin filth... oppai
Yea Forums is for mediums, not genres.
Yikes this is just embarrassing compared to the marvel clips shown in the thread
Pretty much all of the 3rd act of Guardians Vol.2
Score was incredible.
Also the Nidavellir forging scene.
was hoping someone would post this!
Even this one?
Nothing will ever beat this for me
>I think you are funny, but only because you are kinda pathetic
Based. Terry will always be best bat.
I'm fucking so pissed DC again fucked up doing something new and exciting by making Robert Pattison Terry instead of just young Bruce Wayne again
He would be too old to be Terry.
>Lumping DCEU and CW shit in with Wonder Woman and JLU
Can you BE a bigger faggot?
I feel like he could pass for a Terry in his mid-twenties with the right look

Justice League was so fucking good.
Oh I never noticed Hulk there.
this. civil war and first avenger are fantastic and only brainlets think winter soldier is "the good one"

The most shiver-worthy moment of cape films.
>Metro Man staring blank faced as Roxanne throws shit at him
It's an opinion. Do you believe BvS is worse than average, or do you think it's legit great?
It's probably the best so-bad-its-good movie out there. Every single thing that's wrong with it isn't due to inexperience, lack of skill or some other hurdle, every single thing that's wrong with it is a conscious choice. It's amazing, really. And it's a damn shame Whedon was able to salvage Justice League from a complete trainwreck to boring mediocrity. We could've had another masterpiece to laugh at for the ages.
I think it could have been massively improved under the hand of a good editor. Seriously, there are so many goddamn tangential plot threads you could excise 30 minutes of runtime and not touch any of the main plots.
Not the quoted, but I too enjoy BvS in a ironic level. It's just hysterical how all the awfulness is played completely straight and how Zack Snyder thought he was making some deep, "deconstructive", masterpiece. Shitting on Snyder is a hobby in itself, kinda like bashing George Lucas. The newer DC movies probably ain't going to be as "interesting".
I liked it too for similar reasons; it was a great watch once I stopped expecting it to be a serious film and took it for a weirdly pretentious comedy with plenty of laughable moments (exploding wheelchair dude, "Martha", basically every one of Eisenberg's scenes, etc). That said, I don't think you could call it great if it's only so when watched ironically, like The Room
And then none of it mattered because he came back to life.
I don't even count anything after #508 as canon.
Absolutely based
Cap is a best and so are all of his movies
i always lose it at the one guy who gets beaned by a microwave
considering that the entire final fight of endgame was nonstop fanservice from start to finish i honestly dont see how anyone can really be upset about it
>shuri's arns
she sticc
That was the loudest I'd ever heard a theater get outside of The Force Awakens. Then Endgame came along and blew them all out of the water.
Ears too short for JL. IIRC it's the Batwoman movie.
reminds me of this
The final battle in Endgame reminded me a lot of the ending of the Ultimates Vol. 2, I don't know if the Russos were really inspired by the comic, but I found that final battle very similar visually.
The final shot was the same too.
Looked like a fucking video game cutscene. Jesus Christ, this is what normies spooge themselves over?
Cringe
I don't care about the overall quality of the film, nor that the scene can be interpreted as cringy, edgy bullshit. When I saw it back when it was released this was kino to me.

Return of the Joker is like a goddamn kino factory. The two fight scenes of Batman vs. the Joker get the most attention, but I also really love his introduction.
>Oops! No, I wasn't.
youtube.com
Also really underrated is Terry coming back to the Batcave after the Joker attacks it. Bruce Wayne on the verge of death, struggling to speak in between bouts of creepy insane laughter -- surrounded by blood-red spray-painted HA!s -- is A+ stuff.

I love that frank scene
Movie might've not been a perfect adaptation, but this scene was incredible.
youtube.com
>mcuck still coping
lmao
>Movie might've not been a perfect adaptation
yes, because it was way better than comics
>Aquaman
The only DC movie that manages to make a real success at the box office, it's practically a marvel movie. maybe it's a sign of the times.
Casino fight, car chase and the entire final battle up until the BP vs. Killmonger fight in the Vibranium mines was kino too.

THIS right here is the moment it truly became a Captain Marvel movie. I was smiling so hard when this shit happened. I still get goosebumps whenever I watch it too.
>The only DC movie that manages to make a real success at the box office, it's practically a marvel movie. maybe it's a sign of the times.
Shazam and WW did good too. I just hope going forward, they give us more like these movies and not shit like the others.
IW and Endgame both felt like actual comic book events. Shit was incredible to behold.
I dropped Flash after Season 1 because after watching the first episode of Season 2 I sensed it would never be as good as the last few episodes of Season 1 again
capekino = cringe?
because that's what this thread is.
better give up that hope because Johns was in charge during the production of those movies and he got fired after Justice League bombed
Birds of Prey is the first movie from Hamada and Gunn's Suicide Squad starts shooting in a month so we'll find out if DC is fucked or not pretty soon It's definitely fucked
>a bunch of Yea Forums shit

This and Wally’s run were absolutely the best and WBDC will never be able to top this
>THIS right here is the moment it truly became a Captain Marvel movie. I was smiling so hard when this shit happened. I still get goosebumps whenever I watch it too.
No, thats when a boring movie became a bad movie
>The only DC movie that manages to make a real success at the box office, it's practically a marvel movie. maybe it's a sign of the times.
Man of Steel 660 million
Batman vs Superman 873 million
Suicide Squad 746 million
Wonder Woman 821 million
Justice League 657 million
Aquaman 1.1 billion
Shazam 365 million
Are. You. Fucking. Dumb
What makes this pandering is that it's played straight. MCU always undercuts moments with jokes. How awesome would it have been if like Drax joined in with them? They didn't do that because it was to send a message about how awesome women are. This scene didn't work for me.
This was better
youtube.com
For me, it’s the Plane Rescue scene in Iron Man 3.
youtu.be
Okoye is an underrated MCU character.
>Shazam 365 million
ouch
>Yea Forums thread has Yea Forums shitting up the thread

You're not wrong, although there have been individual standout episodes.

Dad on Dad action. I actually really loved the idea of Tony having to replicate the absent Cap and Thor with the nanite armour by creating a hammer and shield during the fight. It was neat, and I love autistic details.

>that time Terry took on a Resident Evil boss
Like everyone, I hated that song initially but grew to love it. It was taken from us too son.
>Batsuit shown to be super strong and tough
>Terry almost never shows superstrength and gets knocked out by mooks with a single punch
Not a single frame in Endgame comes close to anything on Titan.

The state of Superman.
youtube.com
You all knew this was coming.
Reminder that Alan Moore called this the only good adaptation of a story that he wrote.
"As long as one man stands against you..."
Feige fucking blueballed us hard with this shit and then Fathor in endgame
Jesus Christ, this is so bad.
She is, I was disappointed she didn't do much in Endgame. She might be my favorite female MCU character.
>fires projectiles like Hawkeye
>uses hammer like Thor
>kicks like Widow
>shields like Cap
>makes a big fist and punches like Hulk
>can only do so much on his own but channels the Avengers anyway
Bretty neat
>>fires projectiles like Hawkeye
>>kicks like Widow
>>makes a big fist and punches like Hulk
reaching
"I can do this all day..."
Melissa a cute
Kinda, but I can also kinda see it. Tony fighting solo but with the spirit of the Avengers is pretty anime.
Maybe the most real scene in any superhero movie
Till now the best trailerscene of all Marvel movies for me.
"uncle ben was killed that night for being the only one who did the right thing."
this scene is fucking amazing
fuck spider-man 3 for retcons
based ants chad
Beats any other attempt at a """love""" scene and is thus kino.
youtube.com
I love how this triggers so many people
I have friends who were bitching and moaning about this 5 seconds of footage meant to make little girls go "oh cool" for weeks after seeing Endgame. It was pretty embarassing, it's just a bit of fanservice/A-force reference. Cap using a special fighting game combo on Thanos with Mjolnir was also cheesy fanservice. It's a big superhero fanservice movie.
That makes plot sense. This didn't. It's just pandering.
The first Avengers movie is still good, I don't care what anyone says
youtube.com
No other confrontation between these two ever felt quite so epic in an old-fashioned sense.
youtube.com
>the way he slowly walks up to Superman at the end as he just stands there

From the most kino Fox superhero movie
>It's just pandering.
So fucking what?
i hate when people try to act like avengers was bad
This should have been the announcement trailer of the movie
based and cappilled
>brown coat and military pants over the batman costume
lmao this is so goofy, what was snyder thinking
great moment only hampered by all the people that asked why Banner can "suddenly" control the Hulk now, despite there being an entire movie devoted to it
Extremely based 70's WW poster.

world of cardboard
>military oppression of the Japanese
By who? Other Japanese people?
>Car chase sequence
LMAO
After the war ended, Japan was pretty much America's bitch for a while (and technically still is, at least in writing). We literally wrote their constitution for them that pretty much said they cannot use military force in any capacity unless it is in direct defense of their sovereign territory. Even today, they don't have a standing military like most nations, and can't deploy their defense troops overseas without America's OK first.
>So you fell into a vat of acid, got your skin bleached white, and decided to become a supervillain. What, could you not get work as a kid's birthday clown?
Terry was amazing in that scene. Though I did like how Joker (seemingly) got the last laugh
>Stop laughing!!!
>What's wrong? I thought the Joker always wanted to make the Batman laugh!
>YOU'RE NOT BATMAN!!!!
>*hits Terry with bomb*
It wasn't the best car chase ever but it was fun, and the trailer part where he uses the shockwave to flip the car over was cool as fuck. Also had Klaw having fun with his neat sound cannon arm.
Man, I understand why we did it, but I feel like that's going to come back to bite Japan in the ass hard one day
youtube.com
The very first scene here where Loki opens up the portal still gets me hyped
it's an american concentration camp for japs
it's okay for people who know nothing about film
Pandering is bad, no matter the form. It's not art, and it has no place in art.
Also the name in the captions switches from "Spider-Man" to "Peter."
That being said all I can hear is whiny Sasuke when I hear the VA get angry at Otto.
That's on you.
Yuri fucking killed it as Peter. He's my new go-to voice.
Jesus Christ, I cannot wait for more Norman in these games.
>gene-enhanced super soldiers
>shadowy American deep state conspiracies
>rogue AIs
>tanker prologue - perfect stealth no alerts no kills
>CQC
youtu.be
Oh I liked the rest of his performance a lot. I just don't think his angry demeanor works for me.
Nanomachines, Steve.
MCU is soulless compared to this.
