i couldn't believe there was blood in a kid's movie when i first saw this.
Has this ever been used for a sniff reaction? Because it would work.
make the blood brown first
When shark week is about to end
eww dude
INTERVENTION!!
This was the best Pixar movie ever
How were those sharks surviving if they weren't eating fish?
Someone post the rubber duck webm (not the Wakfu one)
>the way his eyes roll back into their sockets
>the way his pupils dilate
this scene had no right to give me a sconer (scared boner) when I was 12, and at my friend's fucking birthday party at the movie theater no less
Obviously they’re eating seals and sometimes humans instead
Maybe they’re going vegan if you really want to reach
They hated dolphins so maybe them
adults fallacy
its a kids show
enjoy the ride, suspend your disbelief
I remember when I was a kid, I got this on DVD and I watched it every couple of days, I have seen this film over 30 times
>Suspend your disbelief
I mean the more obvious non-bullshit answer is that the sharks objectively WEREN'T abstaining from eating fish. There was at least more than one hint that the sharks inevitably lost control when their buddies weren't around.
You don't have to ignore it, because it was good writing, the writers already thought of the question, and that was the subtext of the entire joke.
Great whites scare me cause they have no whites in their eyes. That shits scary as fuck.
I heard that early humans killed off all people with that variation of little whites in their eyes, they probably also thought it was creepy and untrustworthy.
>Obviously they’re eating seals and sometimes humans instead
>Until this day the boys never discovered why their friend Jaws never appered to their meetings after the last summer, they hope he's ok whatver he is
The only two times I can recall blood in a Pixar movie is this and in UP when he hits a builder with his cane on the head. Any other examples?
>I mean the more obvious non-bullshit answer is that the sharks objectively WEREN'T abstaining from eating fish
it's a movie about talking fish
but the "bullshit" thing about the movie is that sharks can survive on non-fish diets
Okay user
Thanks SO much for explaining how this cartoon written for children secretly had a dark edgy side that adults would enjoy
The worst thing the movie did was the "all drains lead to the ocean" shit, thousands of kids "released" their fish by flushing them but it just kills them
dont disturb the bodies
They were taught how to eat tofu.
Makes sense, the whites of our eyes are important for nonverbal communication
Mr Incredible gets cut by the robot his first time.

imagine the smell... and the taste!
I had a Finding Nemo computer game that was a compilation of mini games. There was this one where you would feed Bruce kelp balls to keep him from eating you.

It isnt secret they have a gag where a fish skeleton pops out a sharks mouth
I'd honestly be more scared of them if they had whites in their eyes. It feels uncanny for an animal to have human-like eyes, unless it's a cartoon and is heavily stylized
>early humans killed off all people with that variation of little whites in their eyes
Brutal. Got any sources on that?
>the beast's arm bleeds after fighting with the wolves to save belle (but it might be hard to see in some versions)
>shenzi getting scratched on the face by young simba
>justin in NIMH getting his arm slashed by jenner's sword
>littlefoot's mother during the t-rex fight
>probably some other don bluth examples since his movies were pretty fucking dark in general
Just off the top of my head.
user specified Pixar though, my man
