How does he fare?

Beats up some hoods but gets his ass kicked by anyone with powers. As long as his actions don't endanger the lives of innocents, Frank would tolerate him, but nothing beyond that, Rorchach's too much of a sperg even for Frank.

He's pretty convincing he managed to break a naive but good hearted bleeding heart psychiatrist to his view of nihilism in one session.

The natural laws of plot demand he’d gravitate towards non-powered villians like Kingpin and, depending whether this is old or modern marvel, he’d either kill him and disappear or lose and go to prison so as to protect the status quo.

If you read the summaries after the stats, it shows these as their stats in 1966. Rorsharch was a borderline normal person before the pedo dog incident drove him insane. I'd believe he was capable of being charming once.
