Star VS. (Season 1 specifically). It was bland, CUH-RAZY shlock I could experience with any other show like Adventure Time but only it had a little bit of magic to it and Star was the one fucking everything up. It was a shitty and annoying concept that went nowhere.

i grew up with the eds and i agree, is overhyped for having such a satisfactory finale. It really isnt that fun looking back.

I think avatar is so popular because of like 5-10 really well done moments/episodes like The Storm, Zuko Alone, the S2 finale, and Iroh's part of Tales of Ba Sing Se. There's a good amount of mediocre episodes in S1 and S3.

I do think it's really good though I do agree some people overrate it. For example I think Korra is nearly as good as it. S3 of Korra is only a little worse than S2 of avatar I think. There's other good western cartoons like Justice League that a lot of people act like avatar is way better than which I don't think is true.

Regular show IS good by today’s terrible standards. But same could be said for like adventure time, chowder etc..’ none of those shows hold a candle to a lot of older cartoons and that’s just being factual. I appreciate the effort though

I'll be honest and say I've only gotten around to watching the first episode, but it felt incredibly mediocre.
Another one is Star Vs.
Quality started dipping ever so slowly halfway through season 2, but I toughed it out all the way through season 3. Given the reaction to the finale, I decided to put season 4 on hold for a while.

It has the color scheme of all that tumblr art. You know the kind, where a girl is floating through space with headphones in and shit.

Of the very few epsisodes I watched, the color scheme made it look like there was a constant sunset and it gave the show a very pleasant atmosphere
of course maybe i just happened to have only seen bits that took place during sunset
