You can fix most of Yea Forums(nel) by banning phone posting right out the gate. Activity will drop down which means it's easier to moderate. Ban evading is harder to do, meaning less shitters trying to bait in great quantities.

Yea Forums in general needs to ease up on certain rules, like the furry rule. Half of fucking cartoon characters are talking animals. You shouldn't get your post deleted because you posted Lola Bunny from Looney Tunes Show in a "Who is your waifu?" thread.
