It’s Spider-Man day, at least according to Twitter. Post top tier Spider-Man moments.

You already posted the best one, OP.
Needs more Iron Mufasa
can't top this
Spider-man whoopping ass was the best part of secret wars
Top tier Spider-man moments or Spider-man's top tier moments?
Is there a followup to this moment? Like Wolvie saying "Totally worth it" or "yep, I deserved it"
just this
Just one fucking line for him to realize the actual Spider-Man was back. Say what you want about the issue, but this page is fucking perfect.
I really like that scene in MCU Civil War where he meets Tony for the first time and he describes “With great power comes great responsibility” without actually saying it.
>when you do the stuff I can, and you don’t, and then the bad things happen, they happen because of you
>inb4 REEEE MCU
This was one of my least favorite moments, to be honest. I can't stand the current aversion to the Great Power, Great Responsibility line. TASM tried to say it without saying it, Civil War tried to say it without saying it. It's not like they're actually being subtle. They're just obviously dancing around the line.
I know capeshit isn't Shakespeare, but it strikes me as being like refusing to say the "To be, or not to be?" line because "people have heard it before." It's iconic, it's succinct, and it's at the very core of Spider-Man's character. Just fucking say it, for the love of God.
>Just fucking say it, for the love of God.
They're ashamed of the source material. This trend is only going to get worse.
It’s not like he says it in every fucking comic. It’s still his mantra.
I don't want him to say it all the time. I just want current movies to be willing to use the line when it's appropriate, instead of using clumsy, inarticulate substitutes like in .
Since it's Peter's day I'm posing this
MJ getting cucked!
People already know this. There's no point repeating it again when they know it. Better to just let it be and roll with what you got
>I just want current movies to be willing to use the line when it's appropriate
When is that? And how is his old Uncle the proper person to deliver that message? Is he supposed to be a WW2 super-soldier?
No, he's just some retiree in New York.
He doesn't know anything about Great Power, nor is he familiar with the responsibilities it brings upon people.
I know it burns your ass, but Tony Stark was the perfect person to throw out that line.
BASED!
What's wrong with her neck?
Does anyone have the one where he asked Susan Storm out on a date to piss off Johnny?
That's not the point. I love Uncle Ben as a character, and I think he's a perfectly fine person to say the line, but I never said it needed to be him. In the original comic, it's just something Peter realises on his own because of the death of Uncle Ben, which works just as well, if not better than him being taught by someone.
The point is that, regardless of who delivers the speech, (Ben in TASM and Peter in Civil War), they butcher it by finding some roundabout way of saying it instead of using the concise and iconic line that has stood the test of time so well. It's stupid.
Also, if you think a person needs to be "super" to understand that, with great power, comes great responsibility, you've missed the point entirely.
Best live-action Spider-Man
Also found this.
I'm starting to agree. Infinity War really warmed me up to him.
I only recognize Gwen and Sandman here. I love Coipel's style on Spider-Man, it feels very modern and genuine. Not like the rest who always give the same old style to previous characters.
so what are spidey's best runs and/or issues?
Lee/Dikto
Roger Stern
Fucking reckless and stupid
To be honest, 90s edgy spidey is almost as bad as Slott's manchild spider.
Spider-Man losing his cool all the time isn't fun to read. It works best when he loses it only once in a blue moon.
It only beats manchild Pete because at least he was still respected by other heroes.
Anyone have this full scene?
It's no but still pretty good.
already here
Doe he really need the spider sense as well. I always saw it as a bit gratuitous
The coolest fucking thing I have ever seen, fuck, he makes me so happy
Based as fuck.
Spider sense is what puts him on a tier of his own.
Is he the greatest hero of all time?
Yes or of course?
Sauce?
Woh, someone who’s angry does something reckless and stupid? Color me shocked. Fucking moron
