7) Banning animators who have no idea what they're doing. Banning Canada from making animation. Banning French and Japanese writers. Helping Spain/Mexico with their physics-oriented animators.
7.5) More push for physics-oriented animation and more education for animators. I've seen that amateur animators are actually good at animating underwater because those require minimal physics and just a lot of grunt work to add a higher framerate for smoother movement.

8) A hot new program that allows for the creation of good animation, lightning, shading, effects and background assets in a quick way and without much knowledge or talent.
