Speedsters are OP and are generally hold at bay because of Flash or extreme autism. Otherwise almost everyone of note in the superhero community would wake up with a spoon in their eye socket.

I'm not trying to make a thing of Marvel v DC. But in terms of powerlevels, I'm pretty sure that the upper tier of DC villains trump pretty much everything from Marvel.
