What is the overall consensus of DC Comics?
Is it worse than New 52?

Yes.

The only DC title worth reading right now is Morrison's Green Lantern

The only Marvel title worth reading right now is Hickman's House/Powers of X

The Joker should become omnipotent annually.

It's crap but the new Harley is fun

Currently it is shit.

Absolutely

Bendis ruins everything he touches.

DC Comics has ruined everything what I liked about them in the first place, the characters have become stale and the writing is utter garbage

I don’t know if I can agree with that, Shazam has been a really good title and Flash hasn’t been too bad either aside from that Year One arc

It's always been like this you just didn't know any better

Rebirth was great until phase 2 began

yeah i've been enjoying her a bit more the last couple years

Shazam sucks ass

this. Dropped all my books when they decided to finally make people unhappy after how much goodwill they got from readers because of rebirth.

I disagree, the art is really good and the story that being told is just as good, using each of the kids to explore some updated versions of the magic lands was a pretty good idea. Sorry you don’t like it, but it’s one of the only DC comics being produced today that’s actually worth having on my pull list at the moment

This. I've dropped a bunch of books because of that shit
I really liked phase 1 AC and Superman too. And I'll never forgive the death of Supersons

I'll agree with this as well.

t. braindead Johnsfag

Not even, didn’t read his GL run because I’m not a cosmic fan, his Flash run is the only other thing I’ve read of his and that was pretty decent. Shazam is just a good book, better than most of the other Batman and Joker trash DC keeps pushing

like detective comics, the green lantern, and the 3 justice league books

I really don't understand comics.
>constantly changing writers and reboots means a character isn't a single character, but a bunch of retards deleting and changing things other retards did or outright changing them

Yes. Particularly if you’re the few DC fans who enjoy its other characters not just Batman. There are literally half-dozens of us

Johns was my only hope at reading a non-Batman book only for him to write his stupid nonsensical three jokers Darkseid War loose end (but couldn’t be bothered to do fuck all when he decided to just add that Wonder Woman had a twin brother, damaging her continuity even more). Yeah hope clusterfuck was worth it for the 43rd Joker story this year.

Yeah, there's a lot fewer of the small books, especially after New Age of Heroes got cancelled.

because trying to navigate 60+ years of LORE is impossible and will make nerds rage if you contradict some piece of dialogue from 38 years ago

you're not wrong which is why I exclusively only read omnibus of comic runs, so I can get a full story and ignore the fuckin rest of it.

>The only Marvel title worth reading right now is Hickman's House/Powers of X
Immortal Hulk too

No
