What do you want out of Ant-Man 3, Yea Forums?
I want Eric O'Grady as a punk kid who's dating Cassie, and he steals an Ant-Man suit to do reckless shit, but eventually near the end he helps Scott take out the main antagonist and they have a mentorship similar to Hank and Scott's. 3 generations of Ant-Men.
Also, they should work in more of Scott actually using ants for things. After the first movie, he just grabs a flying ant now and then to ride on.

Amazing.

Because the first movie is good and the only generic thing is that it's an origin movie. The second is meh but with good elements and if anything it's flaw is that the plot is really odd and kind of unfocused. Beside the character of Scott Lang/Ant-Man is great, one of the most likeable and charismatic protagonists in the MCU because the person and the heroes are both fun to watch. Also, Scott is not the only great character from the movies, Pym and Cassie are examples too.

I noticed that the Russo didn't have Scott use ants for starters, he would be pretty much OP using them during the time heist and the final battle.

Blame "Honey, I shrunk the kids" or something, I just happen to be fond of ants. Also, I think size-changing and the ability to communicate with animals provide potential for more creative and fun stuff than super-strength/invulnerability/flight. The main characters of Ant-man movies are pretty endearing, too.

Mbaku and Wanda are the perfect examples of why a black or female character can be a welcome addition to a movie if they aren't a tool for someone's agenda. He was my favourite character in Black Panther by a country mile.

There's not really any incentive for him to take that identity in this universe.

To try to do some good with the bad part of his legacy and the most important reason of all, it looks cool.
