Thor didn't pivot itself to a story about how Thor Odinson was unworthy because Gorr was right and fucking Jane Foster, cancer patient is not only THor, but the one 'who borne you best'.
All it took to make Miles Morales not shit was one good story extremely well executed. Same could be said to Jane Foster, except it wasn't. Still sold ok, so I guess you Americans Thor diehard fans liked that plot just the same even if people lost their minds in the internet.
