This OC villian reveal was 100x better then Arkham Knights

Literally the only good portrayal of Harley outside of B:TAS. These games did so much fucking right and that's even with "putting their own spin on the mythology." I wish modern Batman comics were as good as the second season of this game.

Having her be a clown-themed villain before Joker was an interesting choice.

Villain Joker goes full evil crazy and gets messed with Bruce personally while working with Harley. They duke it out at the climax and Joker nearly dies of a heart attack or something. Bruce saves him and gets shanked for it either as a reminder from Joker to remember the good times they had before this or out of spite depending on what Bruce says.

Vigilante Joker is Batman pal for a bit but eventually goes too far when he tries to kill Waller and her associates for the shit they pull. He eventually goes bonkers and Batman has to beat his ass after he starts killing people. Joker laments how he can't seem to do good no matter how much he tries and wonders if he and Bruce were ever truly friends. Depending on what Bruce says Joker is pissed or laughs and calls Bruce a messed up guy like he is if he says they truly were friends. If you remain a bro with Joker on Vigilante you can get an ending with Joker sad in his cell but then Bruce visits him and he becomes super happy

Muh dad's suicide was a lame plot device but otherwise she was great

Everything you named was from season 1 which was far worse than season 2

Season 2 hero-Joker route is one of the best Joker stories

It wasn't even explored as character development, it was just a flimsy plot excuse to get her to chase the cure too.

I do like how her motivations had nothing to do with wanting sex regarding the hero or death of her husband or some petty retarded overemotional reason. She was written like a male villain and that's what made it so great.

I would have preferred a Hellblazer Telltale game. These games are all about picking a choice and someone gets fucked over which would be perfect for what Constantine gets up too. Since everyone he knows gets up getting fucked by his choices

All that show did was give villains “edgier” designs and Kung fu lessons. It didn’t do anything risky like this game or Beware the Batman.

It was literally Two-Face, though, and as you mentioned, they squandered that potential for something more generic. Same with Poison Ivy being Barbara’s friend.

I think he means you're an NPC for not getting Thomas's core character. Any derailment from that, particularly, in a mainstream medium like a video game from a (Formerly) well-established developer could negatively impact Thomas's original, and better (As a person) self.

Yea these games often have that problem of you having no idea how you're supposed to guide it. The best strategy is to pick an outcome and then stick to it but if you pick an unavailable outcome (ex: being friends with Penguin in S1) you're fucked.
