this fucking show
remember pig wont and pig will?
They were twin brothers, and Pig Will was always happy to help out and do things for his parents, while Pig Wont would always refuse to do shit

then Pig Wont hit his head and suffered brain damage, and suddenly wanted to do things for people, basically just becoming his brother, fundamentally changing his personality, and everyone was just ok with it

what the fuck was that

Probably Rugrats, if I'm not counting stop-motion shows literally made for babies, like Postman Pat or Pingu.

To be honest I have no clue, this definitely was a show I remember having on video when i was little. In fact I haven't even seen an episode since then

Noozles, I think.

Maybe this.

Used to watch the POP channel a lot too. The magic school bus, Sonic Underground etc.

Halloween is the best time of the year.

Franklin, little bear and Spot come to mind.

I believe I watched it while it would air on HBO Jam, along with "Candle Cove meets PC Math Games."

rupert, this show, little bear, or some other pbs kids thing

I remember the rupert theme song strongly even though I only really learned the name of the show like 10 years into being alive

Yes

Foofur is the earliest one I can remember, there were others but that one sticks out

Mighty Mouse

The old Submariner cartoon.

It was this, Shirt Tales, or Turbo Teen. Maybe Kidd Video.

It might have been something else but I remember hating Rubik even as a little kid. Turbo Teen I remember for being weird. Kidd Video I remembered for Glitter long after I forgot every other aspect of the show.

I can't remember first cartoon, that could be anything from Ninja Turtles to Ghostbusters. But I can remember my first anime.

Tom&Jerry

My first anime was tenchi muyo - which is probably why I was so confused about anime initially

The new adventures of Winnie the Pooh

it was either some nick jr cartoon or whatever was on saturday mornings like ninja turtles

Fantastic Four from the 60s (which still for some reason got reran during the 90s). Incidentally, kid me always assumed The Thing was just some rock alien they brought back from space

There was some cartoon about a dragon that I used to love, can't remember what it was anymore.

Looney Tunes back when it aired on TNT of all channels.

No idea what the "very first" cartoon I watched was but stuff like pic related is some of the cartoons associated with my youngest memories. Shows like that, Captain Planet, super globetrotters, that three stooges show where they were robots, and whatever random stuff early CN used to fill the airtime.

Maya the Bee

Dunno the first thing I ever watched. but pic related and the Bear in the Big Blue House according to my parents, even though I don't remember shit. First cartoon I actually remember was probably either Caillou (dunno why I watched it, I despise the little shit now) or The Fairly Oddparents.

Brain damage is a-OK if it improves a person's attitude/behavior. Just look at Goku from Dragonball.

the first 2 things i remember ever watching are anime, they are the porco rosso movie, and the jungle book anime, that had the ending in french for some reason, maybe it was the french jungle book i dont know

Not counting animated movies, Classic Disney shorts or Yogi Bear.

My first actual cartoon was probably some Disney movie I was too young to remember.

The earliest actual memory I have about a cartoon, however, is pic related. This specific episode, in fact.

a here it is

Absolutely no idea what so ever to be perfectly honest, the oldest one I can remember watching was this show that was about a young girl who had a pink alien friend, the whole thing basically played like a slideshow with a single dude narrating the whole thing with no other voice actors, at least that's as much as I can remember.

This. My meemaw recorded a video tape of Nick shows for me for my second birthday and it was like, My Little Pony, David the Gnome, Muppet Babies, and a couple other things. I watched it as a kid until the tape wore out.

Pokemon

This comfy ass show

Attached: celest_had_a_huge_trunk.jpg (1280x720, 55K)

This is the earliest thing I can really remember watching. It's really between this, Scooby Doo, or Tom and Jerry.

I honestly have no idea, since I had a bunch of VHS tapes and was watching cartoons on TV probably before any of my conscious memories.

Realistically it was probably some Disney movie on tape, maybe Beauty and the Beast. To narrow it down a bit more to what could've been the first cartoon I watched on TV when it was actually a new show and not a rerun, 101 Dalmatians: The Series.

Earliest one I can remember is Transformers Beast Wars.

If we're talking the absolute earliest, then probably this.

Sounds like Katie & Orbie.

Teddy Ruxpin? Or smurfs? Don't remember.

I remember seeing neverending story in cinema when I was like 4, scared the shit out of me

I'm not sure, but I think this was it.

>basically just becoming his brother, fundamentally changing his personality, and everyone was just ok with it

Foxy Loxy's fate in Chicken Little for one thing.

Of course, that was even more sadistic there since those aliens offered to fix her but were turned down.
