Is this list of the strongest mutants accurate?
Is this list of the strongest mutants accurate?
i dont know let me ask them
>screenrants
they forgot bendis' oc
What about Proteus?
Why the fuck is Professor X up there. He's not even an Omega Telepath.
where's santa claus
Mad Jim Jaspers is more powerful than any of them.
He's also dead
Hickman's list is more comprehensive than this. Who made it?
1. Marquis of Death
2. Mad Jim Jaspers
3. Franklin Richards
4. Scarlet Witch
5. Matthew Malloy
6. James Braddock Jr.
7. Hyperstorm
8. Nate Grey
9. Legion
10. Meggan
Has some of the most impressive feats
Utilization and power/potential should be separate though. Gambit does creative shit with kinetic energy but he's not the strongest
Is Iceman really that powerful? My knowledge of him extends only to cartoons and films but he never seemed all the impressive in those.
It depends on who's writing. Scarlet witch should probably be up there, though.
I don't know why people still believe that iceman is super powerful. That was just one throwaway line that should've been retconned by now.
It's about potential. He has unlimited negative temperature control at his most powerful. He could wipe out civilization
yet here we are with climate change
what a fucking asshole
>Legion above Franklin
>Professor X and Apocalypse, both of whom aren't omega level, on the list at all
>no Proteus, Mad Jim Jaspers, or Jamie Braddock
Nope.
Scarlet Witch isn't a mutant.
She's not a mutant anymore because of very bad writing.
Is her new origin still canon? I can't keep up with the mutant status quo. I'm pretty sick of their holier than thou bullshit when they're just barely different from normal people with powers.
>He can control a grand total of negative 273.15 degrees
Wow. So impressive.
They have yet to retcon it, so yes, Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch aren't mutants.
Legion more powerful than Franklin? No. At his peak, Franklin is Beyonder-level.
Also: where are Magneto, Vulcan, Storm, Namor, Mikhail Rasputin, Kid Omega, Miranda, Mr.M, Clyde Wyncham, Matthew Malloy and Michael Pointer?
At the north pole, you goofball.
If Iceman went all-out, he could freeze Earth solid.
...At this time.
Oh, I forgot about that
But there's several mutants on that list who can change reality. Freezing stuff just isn't on the same page. Speaking of altering reality, hoe powerful is rachel summers/grey these days? She used to reconstruct things on an atomic level. Turned herself into a dinosaur that one time.
So is Magneto fatherless? Or is Polaris somehow still related to him?
Magneto. Forever cucked by the High Evolutionary.
>So is Magneto fatherless?
I don't think we ever really got much info about Magneto's parents other than them dieing in the holocaust.
>Or is Polaris somehow still related to him?
Why wouldn't Polaris be related to him?
>He could wipe out civilization
Except for those that can survive, like Hulk, Juggernaut, Human Torch, etc
Johnny can't keep his flame going forever. And I wonder if the Hulk would survive. The Juggernaut, though? Yeah, probably.
how is the Hulk going to survive having every atom in his body simultaneously stop moving?
Haven't you been reading immortal hulk? He won't survive, but he will come back from the dead in a few seconds after death.
How is Legion stronger than Franklin Richards? Also, where the fuck is Hyperstorm?
Legion can literally have all of franklins powers.
No, the Fury is.
How. His brain is in a state of zero movement, how is he going to start it again against someone whose power is to keep it that way
He was erased from existance.
You'll have to forgive me. What I meant to ask is if Magneto is childless, not fatherless. I wasn't sure if Polaris was his daughter anymore either.
Aren’t his powers the exact same as franklins?
anime was a mistake
I would think Game Master, Gideon, Exodus, Jim Jaspers, Vulcan, and Nate Grey would be higher than Iceman, Apocalypse, and Xavier. Scarlet Witch and Mikhail Rasputin would probably be above them too.
And Apocalypse is a physical type in cool armor, he should be nowhere near the reality warpers and high level phychics. It's like claiming Iron Man is one of the stronger metahumans when he wears armor.
He's an ice elemental, it's more about how he cannot be killed in any way. He will always reform out of more ice no matter what. He might not be capable of taking on cosmic tier opponents but they cannot permanently put him down either
basically, benis made a big deal about him.
Iceman can change himself to complete ice. Then he can freeze everything and have complete control of it. Such as make an army of ice men. Basically he can become winter itself. That is pretty godlike...
Bullshit basically magic regeneration + being what amounts to the avatar of strength.
He healed from being turned into diamond once. Nothing matters anymore when it comes to Hulk.
>not including Alpha the Ultimate Mutant
He turned Magneto into a baby just by looking at him.
Who?
That’s all about trapped CO2 gasses making the hot hotter, the cold colder, and making the two meet and cause all kinds of crazy shit happening when normally it only happens over the ocean.
It has to be actively kept that way.
Hulk will come back to life when he thaws, and you could argue he might absorb enough radiation from space over millions of years to kickstart a thaw to the Iceman Age.
Yeah he can die. Just erase his psyche, then nothing will reform. Mind, death, expel, and almighty attacks and spells are your friends.
>List is called Top 15
>only goes to 8
No
Can you post Hickman list? Please.
I'm surprised nobody has yet.
What exactly is ''power manipulaion''?
Based Kevin Feige seems to be going full mystic with Wanda, teaming her up with Strange, Chthon potentially cucking Magneto, and possibly having her meet Blade as well, in which case the notion of Wanda being a mutant could soon be a silly concept given the dominance of the MCU.
The way Wanda is only ever thought of as a plot device for the X-Men (as evidenced by the numerous retards who think they should be introduced in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness) has made me come down fully on the side of not undoing the retcon.
Manipulation of power.
The ability to copy any mutant power and use it at 100% (I think).
Iceman IS a reality warper, that is how his Ice Manipulation works. He is theoretically immortal and could just turn off the sun. He's crazy powerful but doesn't like to go up to that power level
Isn't that what Monarch or Proteus can also do?
ya but Bobby could cancel that by keep hulk eternally in stasis and not even allowing the regeneration to take place.
I don't understand what the fuck is happening to those fingers?
Finger Manipulation
But he can't do shit in hell or against hell fire.
if he were able to go full out, he could totally freeze hellfire and a good portion of Hell itself. His freezing ability works on magic. Heck, one time Loki was using him as a power source for all the frost giants in Jotenheim, and he was TOO POWERFUL
How do you think they're going to fix it?
I would say the easiest way to do it without "lol that isn't canon any more" would be to say that they WERE muties already and the High Evolutionary just enhanced/kickstarted their powers.
Brah he was dying in hell and Kurt had to save him, Storm, and Firestorm from hell. Kurt left heaven to save his friends.
Incorrect. Jean Grey is the most powerful because her power is to be the most powerful.
His powers shouldn't work on hellfire though, that's just broken. Care to provide an instance where this happened?
You mean after they reconned the Phoenix force to have always been part of Jean, when in the beginning it was not.
The worst power on that list.
seeAnon is just talking out his ass.
Yeah I figured, it just wouldn't make sense. It's like if Captain Marvel's absorbing powers worked with magic or psychic energy, she'd be broken. There's a reason why these powers have these explicit limitations.
What happened to him?
No squirrel girl. Well, at least she used to be.
Hickman doesn't care and Feige is going mystic Wanda.
That your power wreck any limit even if don't make sense is part of being a mutant user.
Bretty good.
Isn't Hyperstorm the son of the two most poweful mutants ever?
Franklin
Legion.
Legion >>>> Franklin.
Jaspers could destroy the multiverse how is Marquis above him?
Jaspers was so stupid that he created something that couldn't kill him but that could kill alternate versions of him.
Absolutely broken but I'll take it since he's sparingly used.
>6 Apocalipse
I fucking wish
Despite the name, he's an artificial being created from scratch in a lab, and so not really a mutant.
Icemans power works on magic though. Source is Simonsons Thor.
The Human Torch vs Iceman, who wins?
Iceman easily.
How isn't Pyro on Iceman level then since both are mutants?
Pyro can't even make his own fire.
Pyro just moves and slightly enhances fire. Iceman can literally stop atoms
So is because Pyro hasn't been powercreeped like Iceman yet?
The whole reason why they aren't considered mutants anymore is because they aren't Magneto's children. You would have to find a way to retcon SW powers during AXIS to retcon this.
when he went full ice/winter god his consciousness was displaced over tge entirety of wherever snow and ice was when he wanted it, so he couldnt be found and pinpointed and influenced by psychics and such. essentially tgey were just fighting a global sentient winter/ice god that they couldnt touch unless he chose to form and couldnt permanently damage even if he did form. iceman is the shit. which is why bendis is the devil
iceman was supposed to be this powerful. it started pretty early. its always been a feature of his character that were he to knuckle down and chase power instead of trying to be the guy who makes things chill, he would be ridiculous. but he doesnt want that. he wants to hang w his team and friends and chase girls instead for the most part
