The same goes for any meme, really. You want the stuff with actual effort put in to rise to the top. Raimi-posting was also fun for a while, but lots of people missed the point of it. The humor in those Raimi posts came from the incongruity of uncle Ben stopping to rant about his hatred of the Italians or his porn collection in the middle of a lighthearted superhero movie. People thought the point was just to crap out edgy, low-effort walls of text filled with swear words, when really it was about making up absurd quotes that are completely at odds with the tone of the movie.
