I really liked Sagwa back in the day. Thought the cats were cute as fuck and that she was kinda mean to her brother who basically didn’t know any better. Also, the bat was ugly and I fucking hated every second the asshole was onscreen.
That said, I really hate that the most memorable line according to the internet is this one. It was just Sagwa being a jerk to her little sister and it wasn’t even in a funny voice or anything.

It wasn't awful, if that's what you're thinking. It was the episode where the kittens explore a cave and discover they're the decendants of a highly prestigious lineage, I rememeber it being a grander and more intriguing adventure mystery but it was far simpler with breakneck pacing. Nothing horrible, but it made me realize that kids do overlook story issues that are obvious to adults. It simply didn't hold up to my standards as an adult anymore.
Maybe the episode you want to watch is different.

I’m pretty sure that’s why it became a “meme” in the first place, she says something so savage in such a playful way that it’s funny.
Real talk though, Sagwa more than likely doubted how serious she was about it and assumed she was overreacting about how upset she was. She knew her sister wouldn’t actually run away from home, most likely mope somewhere for a little while and come back when she got over it. It was pretty much like responding with “yeah, SURE you are...”.
If it turned out it was serious, of course she’d be concerned.
