last thread died too soon and I got my package today so fuck it, /shelf/ thread. Thanks to user showing off Alpha, this looks amazing. And you are right, it was worth the price, it's a well made book so I shouldn't have complained. The other beside Cretacious have been on my wish list for a year at least so nice to finally have them. I have already read UW1 and Mighty Avengers by pirating them but it's nice to finally own them.

nice blacksmith, my family has totally taken up that hobby; Dad has a forge he iron works, makes some really nice iron roses, and my sister works pewter jewlery.

"Official /shelf/ thread?" So I've been posting in bootleg threads all this time?
Almost out of space on this shelf, already had to move some of my non Yea Forums related stuff. I'm thinking of getting a small cabinet next to put tpb's in and use this shelf mainly for hardcovers and larger stuff
Gonna take a stab at custom binds. I've only got 5 more issues of Generation X to find before I send them in, stopping when Chris Bachalo leaves the book

DC's commitment to inconsistent logos is almost impressive.
It's alright. Obviously it's unashamedly partisan. If you're interested in the life of Rosa Luxemburg or revolutionary politics of that era then it's worth reading. The art style makes little attempt to make the characters look attractive but that kind of suits the material (even if the Jewish characters do kind of look like they're from a /pol/ cartoon).
