While I agree they were losing their touch, the real shame is that if another game is made, it won’t have any of the Telltale characters. Many of them were some of my favorites, like the C.O.P.S. and Bosco.

What kind of style? What studio? What writers? What kind of format would you use?

Point and click, with as many of the staff members of Telltale’s games as possible, or at the very least, the VAs and Jared Emerson-Johnson.

I'd want it as close to the original series in terms of style and format. A classic 2D cartoon about wacky adventures with lots of action and most importantly, witty dialogue. Maybe some adventures could be tied together under an overarching story like they were in the games. Writing shoild be entrusted to Steve Purcell himself or anyone he trusts with the characters. The studio, however, I really don't know.

A fully-animated point-and-click adventure as close to the cartoons as possible. The TT games were too slow and quiet.

Season 3 has the most unexpectedly emotional ending I've ever seen. For a second I actually thought they were gonna end on that.

Both of them feel nice, but the "crimefighting" one is a little better for closing off the time travel plot line and more in the spirit of the series in general.

It's mainly Nefertiti that annoys me, now that I think about it.

smash is one of the most popular games out there and like half of the appeal of it is crossover hype, the idea that literally anybody could hypothetically get in.

the actual gameplay is beans compared to the idea of the big flashy reveal trailer unveiling your favorite character in the big leagues.
