How strong is Ghost Rider in setting?
Like does he get as ridiculously OP as say, Hulk or is he more of a street level "hero"

He could've stopped worldbreaker Hulk
Blaze limits power even further when he's in control.
Zarathos unleashed is enough to tank most characters
Mephisto once stated that Blaze could defeat Cul Bots on
Alejandra was given more access to Zarathos's power by Adam and ripped out Mephistos heart
>Shit writers using GR as a way to show how powerful characters they're trying to push are, (Carol tanking the stare happened around the time her movie came out)

Or how Cosmic Ghost Rider killed hundreds of alternate future versions of various heroes and melted Thanos face off, only to just immediately job without a fight to Hela.
Remender wrote an awesome ghost rider in uncanny avengers annual. He soloed everyone .
Zarathos seems to prefer Blaze over any other host, when he was separated from Alejandra in Circle of Four he went straight for Johnny, plus its been stated the Johnny was literally born to become a Rider, between the three Blaze siblings the order of succession is Johnny>Barbara>Danny, except johnny got Zarathos and Barb was mortally wounded then later killed by Blackout which led to Danny being bound to Noble Kale instead of her
Ghost Rider himself is a jobber that is basically just a fire Luke Cage with a motorcycle. Zarathos mode Ghost Rider which is exclusive to Johnny Blaze is the only one that is a threat and about the same tier as Hulk and Thor. Writers needed to nerfed Hulk and Thor just to make it seem like Zarathos mode Ghost Rider is capable of defeating them.
