I don’t really feel bad for people with student loan debt. My parents were still supporting three younger kids when I graduated high school, so I had to get out of there immediately. I worked 40 hours a week at Goodwill to pay the rent while going to school full time, and Goodwill gave me $1600 a semester for tuition. Between that, Pell Grants, and the lowest tier academic scholarship from my university, I spent zero dollars out of pocket for my entire college tuition. It’s lazy motherfuckers who don’t get a job and pay rent through their student loans that have debt, not anybody with two whole brain cells to rub together.
