What the fuck was his problem? Peter did 2 things that he disliked, and then he just becomes the biggest douche in existence, despite having been his friend for years?

Exactly. OPis a faggot.
>Not calling the police ruins his life
>Not staying when lizard Conor’s already left the building
No. He’s an over reactionary faggot.
man what a shit artstyle
looks like playmobil
yeah, where are the goddamn pupils?
The advantage with this cheap art style just like Tangled is that they can animate it very well. The choreography was top notch.
Was a woman responsible for the character designs?
>"WE'RE NOT BROTHERS! Our parents may have died together, but YOU had your precious aunt and uncle!"
>Eddie unmasks
>"We had no-one. We've ALWAYS been alone."
>remasks
>"Until nowww..."
Chills, every time.
That’s just what friendship is like
Did you expect them to talk it out? Without their pride getting in the way?
For all the good this show was, Peter really kinda fucked up a few times more than just with the requisite Uncle Ben debacle, or at least his dual identity destroyed some of his relationships outright rather than strain them.
From Eddie's perspective, Pete bailed on Connors and sold him out during the first Lizard incident. Peter in his eyes showed some "true colors" which put a huge dent in their friendship. Later from his perspective Spidey "stole"--and then tried to destroy-- the symbiote which was costing him both his job and his shot at college, only for him to go all Venom and--again, from his perspective-- that the two assholes in his life were just one big asshole and things...just went completely downhill into a pile of broken beer bottles and poisonous cacti from there.
Now, we know why Peter did most of this--in particular he was desperate to make money to support his aunt and didn't think things through-- but he still committed some pretty morally questionable acts before wising up. In this series Eddie was...I guess meant to be a tragic victim of circumstance rather than a big shithead with no morals.
I like to think if the show kept going, Eddie would have seen the error of his ways and become an anti-hero, then he and Peter would beat up Carnage together.
I fucking love spectacular. I forgot why this show was the best spiderman since it came out. Got a bit biased by the pretty colors and grandiose scale of Into the spiderverse, but I just can't take no.1 spot from spectacular.
Honestly I hated the art style at first, but the action and story was so good that at first I looked past it and then came to actually like it.
Eddie was a jealous cunt who resented Peter for having an aunt and uncle to take care of him, while he was completely orphaned, or Everything that happened to Peter not only pissed him off, but in his mind, rationalized his hatred and resentment of Peter. The symbiote preyed on that and amplified the worst side of him.
He was a big baby and I wish Flash had roasted his ass as well like he did to little Petey.
>to little Petey
t. Liz
Sean Galloway was lead character designer on the show.
>dates Liz when he knows that Gwen is the one he wants to be with and leading her on like an asshole
What the fuck was Peters problem is the real question here.
Spectacular kinda hilarious in how almost nothing is Spider-Man's fault. Most of hardships in Peter's life come from his decisions as Peter Parker.
>MCU Peter Parker is Iron Man Jr.
>Into the Spider-Verse was amazing, but very much its own thing
>the greatest piece of Spider-Man media ever made is never coming back
>a canceled Greg Weisman superhero cartoon was revived for a third season
>it was the wrong one
the final fight with Tombstone is absolutely kino

>2 things
Peter's life was something he disliked, those were just the tipping points. He literally comes out and says he resented Pete for basically getting a second chance after his parents died while he had nothing.
Actually he made Eddie lose his job and forced him to leave college
The characters are drawn with articulation lines on their arms and legs, like they were designed as toys first.
>Gwen
Pete is a dumass for ignoring such cutie
Had season 2 not done a timeskip and had it stayed with what made season 1 good, it would have been the right show to revive. But I have a feeling that it's the George Lucas effect. Back in Spectacular Spider-Man, people were challenging Greg's ideas and only his best ideas made it to the actual show. Whereas, now, nobody will tell him that his ideas are shit.
Fuck that, Liz was superior.
What do you guys think of Cartoon Saloon?
That would explain Young Justice.
>lead their respective partners on then discuss hooking up with one another and breaking up with those people, literally seconds after one of them has turned up confessing that he's been targeted and kidnapped by a supervillain over the last week
Peter and Gwen where disasters who deserved one another.
In Brock's perspective, Peter is bad because:
- should have been abandoned as a kid, after their parents' dead.
- sold out his friends and for money from the Bugle, wich eventually costed Brock his job and college.
- uses their friends for his own gain, as he mentions he always helped him to keep the bullies away.
- Broked Gwen's heart in the dance night to be with MJ, and ironically both MJ and Brock flirted with eachother at that night and dated few episodes later.
The only reason she got interested in Parker was because he acted though to her once.

Hey, whatever works for you
He actually had more freedom to do stuff in Spectacular. The character restrictions weren't even that huge of an issue, since Tombstone is just Kingpin and he planned on restricting team-ups with one Marvel guest per season.
Meanwhile, Young Justice was made with DC's mandate to be a DC universe cartoon.
Not really. There's a reason they had Peter get his job back with Connors and even mention Eddie during the season premiere. Had Eddie not given in to anger and resentment, he could've waited a literal month for a second chance at his job.
It was never just about the job.
