So why is another Superman suit being made? Doesn't Brandon's original suit still exist?
Crisis on Infinite Earths
Copyright shit
The levels of saturation in the blue and red are reversed in it. Someone had to fix it.
A child's DNA was stained on it.
To be more precise, yes it DOES still exist, however the amount of legal red tape that prevents them from re-using the costume is fucking ludicrous.
>WB's so retarded they legally forbid themselves from using their own suit
It's why we never see a Spider-Man based off the Raimi movies in Into The Spider-Verse. To even use the image of the character would've been more than a nightmare.
A similar thing happened with Gotham's Batman costume, they designed one that took inspiration from the Burton/Nolan films, then WB told them they can't do that and had to make a new one in a week's time which ended up giving us the clusterfuck of a Batsuit we got there.
Yes they are.
???
I think that was meant to be a Kevin Spacey rape joke.
Shame user who posted it managed to fumble the whole thing from the ground up.
Has AT&T dealt with this shit yet? This is fucking stupid and something that would leave money on the table.
Spacy and Bryan Singer were involved so lord knows what was going on.
Cocaine and twink strippers, obviously.
Why the fuck would you make it so that you can't reuse your own character?
It's not called Hollyweird for nothing.
AT&T ain't a real company. They are basically several mob families that form an alliance for mutual benefits. This is especially true for WB. They will charge you a fee for using a WB product even if you are a member of the WB umbrella.
do you really have to ask? $$$$$
A department competing against another department within the same company for monetary gains. Even if its at the expanse of screwing over a department within the same company for monetary gains, they will do it. On the financial report, it will look like they made money despite the fact that its basically just transferring money from your savings account to your checking account.
He still has red trunks, Brandon's new suit is probably gonna do away with them the way Superman in live action's been doing lately.
Honestly I could see that happening, they did away with the red undies for Tyler's Superman, But I hope they keep the brighter blue to keep it distinct.
isn't he going to be KC Superman?
I guess it's weird how much shit changes over time. They were allowed to use the suit for Smallville's finale. Hell, they had their pick of which suit they could use.
Don't forget The CW is jointly owned by Warner Bros. and CBS so it's not just Warner Bros.
Rumor is he's playing kingdom come Superman.
But they managed to put it in the Playstation game?
I think that was because he wore a kingdom Come T shirt for the reveal.
>no tom welling
This completely defies logic.
and maybe one of Spacey's puppet shows
>plays the reeves superman
>references the DCAU superman
>becomes KC superman
videogame rights are completely different
I'd rather have Michael Rosenbaum, Alexander Luthor is supposed to be a big deal in Crisis on Infinite Earths so someone needs to play him.
I don't remember asking for you gay opinion.
tell your dad to get new knee pads
>He still has red trunks, Brandon's new suit is probably gonna do away with them the way Superman in live action's been doing lately.
i hope they don't do that. it looks weird without the red breaking up all that blue
Does this mean that a company could show infinite growth by just having two departments buying rights off each other for the same amount of money?
Department A buys rights to use item X from department B for the amount of 15 thousand, then department B buys rights for item Y from Department A for the amount of 15 thousand dollars. Repeat with every property owned. Then make trade them back again.
Technically yes, but you'd need to have Department B attached to a subsidiary of the company.
Unfortunately, you need to prepare yourself for a slight revamp/palette swap of Hoechlin's suit.
There is a Superman costume 650 feet underground in a Kansan Salt Mine
And even then it was a headache to churn out because they had to go over so many legal hurdles.
Honestly that doesn't shock me, the entire history of Gotham's production has been 'WB says we can't do this, this, or have that character'. Its like they wanted Gotham to fail as a show.
Yeah the second Mon-El suit was fucking silly as shit and its sad you can see where the emblem was supposed to go.
I just wanna see Brandon's Kingdom Come Superman rocking the black suit from last year's crossover.
That looks like the Lois & Clark costume.
Aw fuck, it is. I just checked the zoomed in pic.I really need to rewatch that series.
That's because it is.
Supposedly two characters from Titans are slated to appear, I hope one of them is Dick debuting as Nightwing.
Anyone else get the feeling there doing this on TV so they can try it later to reboot the films?
>The Atom and Vandal playing Yahtzee in hell
That's weird
name's ray palmer but he's really ted kord (who's personality is like barry allen if he had oliver queen's buff bod) wearing a battlesuit originally named OMAC but got renamed into the ATOM and eventually gains the Atom's powers whose cheerfulness and sometimes immaturity is akin to shazam/captain marvel.
that's ichigo kurosaki level of wtf lineage.
>movies screw over the tv shows
>tv show reboots the movieverse
Yes, after legal hell. That's why it was added too late in the game
