Low end theory is a far superior album tbqhwyf
i love tribe as much as the next Yea Forumstant but uh
is that way
shit taste listen to gravediggaz
It's a joke poking fun at the "tribe" threads up right now
Did Q-Tip carry Tribe?
Naw phife is my favorite
You picked a fight you couldn't win kiddo
Pretty much, though phife had some great verses all around. Q-Tip was more dynamic flow wise but phife had better punchlines. I think Q-Tip was the better rapper overall.
I like the hip hop covers as an idea but how successful were they? It seems like an odd choice although I'm sure plenty of readers have fond memories and favorite songs from them.
This is honestly the best hip hop album ever
>superior black border cover
Me too
You've made me happy Yea Forums
Don't throw dirt on ATCQ, we know Gravediggaz was the shit.
Don't tell me this art style is getting ANIMATED? OP.

Funny how nobody ever called Phife Donald before the last song. Talk about forced.
It's really not
>copies sold stands as the best selling African American comic from African American creators of all time.
Tip and Phife held it down equally.
The back and forth between them is the magic.
Like Greg Nice and Smooth B.
Or Mos and Talib.
Or Ghost and Rae.
It's not a clear cut "one man over the group" deal like Busta and LoNS or Sticky and Onyx.
Well excuse me mr.quest
Felt like Tip had more verses and produced more overall.
>spider Gwen and miles made it onto the cover
>MJ didn’t
Oh right this was slott, garbage
But Phife's verses had more hip hop quotables.
It's like a caramel apple. Sure it's mostly apple, but without the caramel, it's an apple like any other.
A Pimp named Slickback
>Walk past MCs like that girl did the Pharcyde
I could quote Phife all day.
They were shit, alright.
>First album was already seen as a classic upon release and impossible to top
>Next album was so fucking good, it made everyone forget how good their first album was
>Third album perfected golden age Hip Hop
>Their final album was considered their “worst” until their comeback album
>Now it’s an honest contender for album of the decade
How the fuck did they do it?
How the fuck does an old ass group come together to make another 10/10 album.
Pure talent.
Not being edgy.
Fucking Mr. Negative is on the cover
>marvel didn't ask any musicians if they could use their album covers for the comics
>marvel has been known to sue musicians for parodying marvel comics as album covers
like pottery
Ironic
Marvel is just a scummy company like every other company. This is why I hate fanboys of any kind, they will defend these abusive practices.
A TRIBE CALLED SWEETERS
>Draws the best Question arc ever
>Draws the cover for the best Wu-Tang album ever
how can a single man be so based?
forgot to mention
>designs pretty much every Milestone character's look
which is good because it allows me to add another item
>looks suave as fuck on a scotch ad
Sorry I like that Southern Fried shit
Man, this is a time and place in hip hop I never really investigated but holy shit I fucking LOVE those covers.
Cartoons for this feel?
Its call pen and pixel the entire idea behind it is putting the essence of all of them wanting to be wealthy rappers but they are stuck in the piss poor south.
Fuck East Coast and West Coast the South is where its at.
Name a comfier album than this.
