What makes the Xmen unique is that they represent groups of people who are discriminated against because they are different. Hww they are going to fit into a world where people with powers become heroes and are idolized?

By the time the MCU introduces the X-Men, it will have Black Panther to represent blacks, Black Widow to represent women, Shang Chi to represent Asians, Eternals to represent all races and gays, Guardians of the Galaxy to represent literal aliens, WandaVision to represent robosexuals and Thor to represent fat drunk people. And they're offering positive, hopeful representation, not Muh Oppression. X-Men is going to need to do something new and different for once.

Have isn't logical on the individual level. I mean at the macro-level it makes sense because mutants are there to replace humans, to out breed them and displace human descendents. But for the individual they aren't going to say that so they have to have some completely phoney exacerbation of drama. Anti-Mutant hate = the epitome of NPC Meme.

X-Men or X-People, will represent the gender fluid oppressed minority. The movies will be such a hit you won't miss X-Men 1/2, Logan, DOFP, First Class!

why are the x-men always the same thing

>X-Men or X-People, will represent the gender fluid oppressed minority.
Ex-Men?

>DURR
Why are most capes the same thing? You are a brainlet.

Mutants will represent the mentally retarded

X-men is satire.

> Hww they are going to fit into a world where people with powers become heroes and are idolized?
By showing how regular racism makes no sense like in the comics. People hate people because of their skin color even though they are both human. You hear it in /pol/ all the time about white genocide and why race mixing is bad. It will be the same for the MCU. Just replace white with human.

Capes already represent the mentally retarded. Thats why their fanbase is the way it is.

Dubs confirm trannies will be the angle. Buckle up, buckaroos.

What a moron you must be.

t. brainlet.

JJJ vilifies Spider-Man and launches a "It's 2021, do you know what your children are?" campaign when mutants start emerging. People stop seeing people with extraordinary powers as heroes and start viewing them as existential threats.

>MCU focuses on Cyclops' canon brain damage and makes Wolverine's berserker rages into autistic rage
>cast authentic down syndrome actors
>plot about human villains trying to cure them from being retarded, but the cure takes their powers away
>Also Jean and Banshee are black now
Get hyped.

Mutants are even more idolized because they're born with powers instead of acquiring them via random chance, to the point people revere them as priceless commodities or are fearfully jealous of them. Sort of a more sanitized version of the way Albinos are treated in East Africa.

>anti-mutant group will have a march, chanting "You will not replace us!"

Gonna be a fun couple of days on here when that movie comes around...

Fucking post of the year right here

Change the entire tone and direction of the MCU to suit the X-Men, or change the tone and direction of the X-Men to suit the MCU? It's not going to be a difficult decision for Disney, or anyone but the most delusional of Xfags.

Already established heroes need to toe a fine line between being lumped in with the growing "menace" while also not being shitbags who view mutants as such.
Could be cool, so it won't happen.
X-Men movie will be a school-based action flick with a supervillain like Mastermind driving one of the mutant kids to being a school shooter. But still mostly playing it safe. This is a Disney Marvel picture, remember. It won't be the hard hitting commentary everyone's expecting.

It's always been about human's fear of mutants replacing them and it isn't unfounded.

stop being transphobic.

X-Men are going to turn into a bunch of quippers, fuck this shit

>People stop seeing people with extraordinary powers as heroes and start viewing them as existential threats.

Oh of course, leave it to mutants to fuck that goodwill up.

A parent of a mutant fries to cure their own child using bleach and chicken guts.
Against child's will.
Almost kills child trigger mutant powered explosion.
Professor X and Jean Grey comes in, mind wipes the town.
Scholarship to Xaviers School for Gifted Youngsters.
Villain awakens memory in parents.

Do you think their behavior is going to make logical sense?

They already see them as threats, it was pointed out in Civil War.

the x-men aren't always about MUH OPPRESSION, thats just kind of a major theme of the characters
conceptually they were created so it would be easy to bring a bunch of super powered weirdos together
there are plenty of stories where oppression is entirely an after thought

but considering the cosmic focus of MCU, they're probably gonna dip heavily into the fact that the x-gene was made by the Celestials oddly enough an aspect that isn't really dipped heavily in the comics

They don't represent any particular group, they represent every group that is "oppressed". Every unfounded phobia, every -ism, whichever.
Just because PoC, Women and LGBTQ are being accepted now doesn't mean that there won't be people persecuted for being different in the future

They're already doing Eternals, they don't need to make mutants the special chosen ones of the Celestials, as well.

>"You do not understand, I am not only retarded, i am the real deal"
