Calling it now, This show is going to have all the problems of star vs season 3 +, but unlike star its going to have these issues right at the beginning instead of devolving into being burdened with these issues two seasons later. Amphibia was good but this just seems too wrapped up in lore shit and relationshit.

So far it's been mostly cute froggy adventures and Anne learning to be a better person and gain the town's respect.
There have been little bits of actual story here and there, and it built up to a fantastic finale.
And there's been very little in the way of romance, it's almost not even a thing.
