There are however it usually has the same issues as regular ass suicide. Most people don't want to die. And the Sire can kill them they just probably don't want to. Bloodlines opens up with your Sire getting executed and you're only saved because the local Bleeding Heart called the Vampire Mayor a faggot and he let you live as to say "Nuh Uh". If you ran home and lived among your old family, you'd be a massive liability. Nobody in Vampire Society would defend you.

Given the cynical nature of WoD, love is a pretty grey subject. There are Vampires that are very romantic, not just in the affectionate sense, however they have an issue of passions running very hot then very cold. They'll claim to love someone then forget all about them, but some can remain attached for centuries, there are vampires that fuck, the only issue is there's not a big point to it, getting your genitals up and running takes energy and there are easier more immediate ways to achieve ecstasy for vamps. If they're going to fuck it's usually a statement, a ploy, or a compulsion.
