There was some teasing that Marco would be interested in a fellow squire named Higgs (Marco was an official squire to Star at the time, and Higgs teased him in a way that's used as a shorthand for showing interest). But that never amounted to anything, and Higgs is long dead by the end of the series. Then there was Hekapoo. After getting the scissors and returning to Earth, Marco took her up on the offer of coming back. They had various adventures that she clearly loved. Broke up when Marco wouldn't commit and kept running off to Star mid-adventure and nearly dooming the universe and such. She apparently took it hard enough that she was suicidal at the end of the series, and convinced Star to kill her and all other magical beings.

Though I'll admit, Higgs character was quite a distracting thing that led many (me included) into thinking she may amount to something. I mean her design kinda reminds me of a children 3D cartoon "Jane and The Dragon", and the may went through "Woman overcoming hardships to a man job" thing.
But at the end of the day, it was all on the surface.
She was what she was meant to be, just the head of a group of jerks meant to "Haze" Marco when he entered Squire-hood.
She did have unique points though: screwy squirrel antics and her "she got grit" attitude.
As for her "Showing interest in Marco" part, Naaaah.
It was all the tactics that bullies resorts to: feigning good intentions, pretend injury, antagonizing someone based on their circumstances, and blaming the victim on flimsy reasons for their nonexistent misfortune. A bully to Marco in and out of Knighthood indeed.
