It's a lot of things in clever little ways. Like the Gummi Bears mention was "ancient forest druids" making potions. There's a small time travel B plot in the Christmas episode and young Donald was voiced by the original HDL voice from the first series.

Growing up I LOVED the feature movie and there's an episode where they try to find the lamp and it's the SAME DESIGN.

The sooner they get started on a new season, the less time you have to wait for it.

When I look at this poster I don't see hope I see a bunch of manchildren who cannot let go of their childhoods and frankly most of those shows from Disney Afternoon were garbage. Maybe not Bonkers tier, but none of them are worth a rewatch and that includes Ducktales which is supremely overrated.

The only Disney Afternoon show worth a watch as an adult is Gargoyles and ironically that's one of the few that this poster omits. Typical.
