It would be 22 pages long and it would be 7 pages of joker going through the halls of uber Wayne mansion, 7 pages of Bruce Wayne and alfred chilling out doing Bruce wayne and alfred shit, and 8 pages of them realizing joker is in the house and before they can go to the batcave, joker finds them, and he kills Bruce Wayne with an umbrella gun. an epilogue will reveal that joker never knew Bruce Wayne was batman, joker was just pissed at him for giving money to Arkham asylum. Now joker is crazy because batman isnt around anymore and the asylum closed down

Batman realizes that he's been in love with the Joker all along and proposes to him. They decide to leave Gotham City behind, have a cozy little wedding in Vermont, and move into a darling little cottage on the coast. Having given up their costumed personas, Bruce and Jack live a normal, happy life far away from the chaos of Gotham. They adopt a few children, the children grow up, and become grandparents. They grow old together, still deeply in love, still happy. Eventually their world is turned upside down when Bruce is diagnosed with cancer. They try to treat it, but the treatment doesn't work, and Bruce slips into a coma. The doctors say he probably won't wake up. Jack knows what Bruce would want. They've talked about it. Bruce knew his time was coming, he's accepted it, his only regret is that he couldn't have a few more years with the man he loved. So, with tears in his eyes, after the family had said their goodbyes, Jack tells the the doctors to take Bruce off life support.
And that's how Joker kills Batman.
