The Hellfire Club was changed from being this weird cult to be the Hellfire Club, Pheonix was a mental issue Jean was having and is now a god, Sinister was crazy before and Apocalypse was just a hallucination, etc. I know there's more, but last time I read Ultimate was when I did the chronological storytime a couple years ago and my memory isn't too great. Man, Ultimate was so full of stuff like that. Characters either so completely removed from 616 that they are basically OCs reusing pre-existing names, or eventually repurposed to being much closer to their 616 counterparts.

He wasn't a rapist though. Also, Ultimate Pyro was covered in burns because he wasn't immune to his own powers, while in Ultimates 3 the burns were all gone.
Regardless, there could have been an interesting story showing him going back to the dark side at the very least, but we didn't get that, he joined Magneto off-panel, tried to rape Valkyrie, and then got killed.
