If you're in the beginning stages of drawing beanmouth style is definitely NOT the way you wanna start out.
You'll just start picking up very bad habits later down the line.
As someone earlier said visit the /ic/ sticky, it has a lot of great tools to get you started.
But basically you wanna at least get basic shapes and anatomy down before you move onto a style.

Find a style you like, then start tracing / copying it. When you start feeling comfortable with the style, branch out and try to make modifications and new poses.

Learn how joints connect on the human body, which shapes make up the parts of the body, shit like that.
Get a really good grasp on that.
Once you do, then you can simplify and stylize.
Gotta know the rules first before you can properly break them.
