What was the background on weasel? Everything I remember about him basically puts deadpool as more of the bad guy than usual as far as the character arc goes.

>Deadpool treats him like shit when weasel is his random nerd assistant.

Have you read Spider-man/Deadpool arc where Weasel and Mephisto teamed up together against both peter and wade . He is also the creator of one of the best villain we have seen recently . Itsy-Bitsy.

I've seen glimpses of it so I have the rough idea.

I just get the general impression that weasel could have and should have legitimately been able to walk up to Johnny Blaze and ask him to fuck deadpool up with there being no reasonable ethical quandary to stop Ghost Rider from doing so.

Then you are missing out. First arc of SP/DP was written by Joe kelly who knows both of the characters well.

I was hyped after mephisto turned his attention to deadpool in Spiderman/deadpool .
It was finished in one arc. We didn't even get to see Vetis .
