I returned to Earth to see her three times, and I knew if I returned a fourth, well, I'd never leave. The Expansion, the reason for my very existence would be over. So, I did what I had to do.
But, it broke my heart to put that tumor in her head.

Ya wanna run that by me one more time
Because he never cared about her at all and just impulsively did the first thing that came to mind. He's just telling a sob story to get a willing battery, but is so detached from humanity that he doesn't realize that the whole tumor thing negates any goodwill towards his absence.
You asked for a couple of tumors in your head, and I only put in one
Because he forgot the whole point of The Expansion was to not feel alone and was just committed to completing it
I don't give a fuck about your tumor.
Loki > Ego > Killmonger > Vulture > Mysterio > Thanos > everyone else.
I like Ghost but she wasn't really a villain.
If TV counts, Kingpin, Purple Man, and Grant Ward would all be near the top.
Chris Pratt's acting in this scene was top.
dude....you coulda just shot her instead of giving her a much slower and painful death.
