The ones where he loses are good. Look up any of Beaky Buzzard and Cecil the Turtle cartoons

Every Tex Avery and Bob Clampett cartoon that features him. McKimson has some great ones and so does Arthur Davis and Frank Tashlin. Chuck Jones' early Daffy from the early 40's is also pretty good. There are too many to name but if you just just do what I say with Bugs and look up Daffy cartoons by director and in chronological order, it should be easy to find.

By the looks of it, these bags are something WB does every year. While it's not impossible that something LTC related will be shown at Comic Con, it seems more likely that it's just going to be limited to these bags.

That's not a full short for US to see, dumbass. That's literally a camrip of a scene from one of the shorts at the Annecy Festival. We have no idea what the rest of that short is nor was it made public to us.

The 2019 date was likely a reference to the Annecy Festival rather than a world wide release. At least every article announcing the shorts I've seen mentions Annecy specifically.
"coming soon" has become a fairly meaningless term over the years and is more of a marketing strategy. If you imply it won't be just over the horizon, people will lose interest but for whatever reason, they're not able to provide a specific date.
