This is coming from someone who watches dubbed animu, no. It gets slightly better in the later seasons but the VAs and the sound mixing are just atrocious. I'm talking early 90s fandub bad.

I only watched a few episodes of season 1 and honestly the only english voice i preferred over the french was the main bad guy of season 1. I hated his french voice and much preferred his english.

The spanish dub is actually pretty decent for the first 2 seasons
