Bob's Burgers gets Emmys because the Emmy people are courting zoomers to try and regain the credibility Hollywood awards have lost over the years, especially when it comes to animation. Zoomers like Bob's Burgers because it's bland and inoffensive tapioca that helps them escape from the boomers screaming at each other all the time. Family Guy is too confrontational for them.
