Well first of all, I find the idea of something being "objectively" bad to be completely fucking retarded. Different folks, different strokes if I boil it down.
I found Kick Buttowski to be reasonably funny. Kick and Gunther were a great pairing and a lot of the Episodes were pretty funny (especially with Wade). It's not great, but it sure as hell isn't bad.

Fuck modern critical theory. It’s excused pretty much every shit piece of art that’s coming out. Nothing can be truly objective, but that isn’t to say that certain aspects on the “subjective/objective” spectrum aren’t almost completely objective. There are conventional standards for writing quality, character writing, sound design, animation principles. They all exist. Throwing that away because of the grain of sand of wiggle room that someone CAN like it anyway invalidating all of these criticisms is a great cancer to art.
