IIRC one episode shows that if Chester is only slightly more happy than Timmy because of an episode where Timmy was never born showed that Chester would've gotten Cosmo and Wanda instead of Timmy had he not existed.
Then again that might not be canon anymore considering said episode is Butch's least favorite of the entire series.
