This adaptation is historical revisionism in true NuDisney fashion. They want to show Leia as being more in control and more powerful, like Rey. You won't see the slave Leia costume at all. You won't see her vulnerable in any way, and you will see the men acting like goofballs the way Luke was portrayed.

I liked it. Is it so hard to undersstand those aren't 1:1 translation of the movies but create exagerations to put more focus on the character they feature. No reason to get buthurt about that. those short animation also showcase plenty of great luke moments.

Indeed, but most do so by cool cuts and effects to make the character cooler and perhaps embellishing a bit rather than putting down a character to raise yours - like how the Jabba barge episode isn't just Luke being cool when everyone else fumbles around, they have their own cool moments. Instead both Luke and Han have episodes about them where the jokes is at their expense rather than others. People felt it was mean spirited and unnecessarily humiliating to Luke, and what did you expect when you do that to the fan favorite, especially after the whole Force is Female debacle which has people soured for female characters dumping male ones.
Personally I wasn't bothered and thought people should be able to take a joke since I was excepting a whole comedy series, but nobody else got the same treatment like Leia did in that episode.

This. The only part that doesn't have any basis is Luke messing with the scope. Luke getting tangled in the line is an exaggeration but he did have to fiddle with it and throw it a few times before he got it. The part with the speeder bike straight up happened.

Luke was a bit of Klutz in the first movie too. Therefore he wasn't tunred into. What the short does is rely on exagerations and hyperbole for the characters they showcase, which make snese. When Luke is the showcase he is presented as a hero and embellish things for him too. you are 100% wrong.
