tl;dr >Boo won't appear in the show >Focus is on new character Tylor, who wants to be a Monsters, Inc. Jokester rather than be in his family's business >At some point, Tylor finds the ruins of a 1950's power plant below the current one >Recaptures the look of the films; Pixar shared a lot of unused material with the show's crew >Creators promise to bring elements of Monsters University over too; Tylor's friend Val is the same species as Art >Much of the first film's cast will be reprising their roles >Comedy is "very much in the spirit" of Pixar >One serialized story for the season "with each episode having its own mini-arc"
mosnter inc IP garbage why would you keep that shit alive.
David Young
Doesn't sound bad but it probably won't be anything substantial either.
Jack Sanchez
I just want to fucking see Mike and Sully and Boo have an adventure again is that so fucking hard to ask.
Kevin Barnes
I want to see Randall's Return. If Scar can come back as a Lava Spirit, so can he.
Alexander Campbell
I agree, Scar should be in Monsters at Work.
Gavin Perez
>I just want to fucking see Mike and Sully and Boo have an adventure again is that so fucking hard to ask. wouldn't be surprised if they're saving that for season 2 or something
Jace Martinez
>Tylor's friend Val Dunno this might suck.

>>Let’s get the elephant in the room out of the way first. Boo, the toddler girl, who befriended Sulley in the original Pixar classic and has stolen the hearts of many, will not be on the show. The producer Bobs Gannaway made it clear they didn’t want to muddle any sacred ground and decided it would be better if the continuing relationship between little Boo and the monsters would be left to the imagination. When this was announced during the Q&A, a loud disappointed groan went through the room. But new stories equal new possibilities. Monsters at Work takes place a few years after Monsters Inc.
Don’t get your hopes up
Matthew Wood
Oh please. Toy Story 3 was suppose to be the end and now we are on 4. Monsters Inc 3 will happen one day, user.
Robert Brooks
Speaking of Annecy... Was the behind the scenes to the Looney Tunes ever put up online? Or did they do all this for the same release schedule as Close Enough
Elijah Peterson
>Being the same monster species as Art from Monsters University, Val is a pair of two gigantic furry legs with tiny hands and a big sense of humor. Fuck, I was actually looking forward to a monster waifu...
You can do original stories, but with Mike and Scully. Not necessarily “Boo”, but Mike is part of Monsters. Sounds more like they don’t want to pay Billy Crystal too much money. Also, you have to remember many people always wanted to see Boo again (hence the groans in the audience)
Sebastian Gonzalez
They're in the show, they just aren't the main characters.
Hunter Torres
>One serialized story for the season "with each episode having its own mini-arc" So, it's a standard episode? What the fuck does this even mean?
Liam Peterson
It may be focusing on slice of life episodic comedy. I wonder if it has main plot and lore.
Caleb Brown
Don't know if anyone recorded it, they where on the lookout for recording devices. On the other hand I think the Looney Tunes screening was in the biggest theatre so chances are someone got it.
Juan Moore
So is the mystery about the original founder connected to the conspiracy of the first film? Or a completely different mystery?
Jeremiah Martin
>one of those saturday morning cartoons based on the movies 'bout damn time.
Dylan Jackson
>one guy’s opinion >society
Thomas Gomez
Sounds kino to me
Ian Ward
For a second I thought this was a movie. I was going to get upset.
Wyatt Sanders
Why do people want Boo back, there's really nowhere to go with her unless you age her up and have her forget the original film
Asher Martinez
>I want to see Randall's return
Implying that won't be the Season Finale
Nathan Richardson
>Much of the first film's cast will be reprising their roles mfw I remember James Coburn
