Will you ignorant niggers PLEASE shut the hell up?
Is this it? THIS is what I got all those ass-whoopings for?
I had a dream once! It was a dream that little black girls and black boys would one day drink from the river of prosperity, freed from the thirst of oppression! But lo and behold, some five decades later? What have I found but a bunch of trifling, shiftless, good for nothing niggers!
And I know some of you don't want to hear me say that word. It's the ugliest word in the English language! But that's what I see now: NIGGERS! And you don't want to be a nigger!
Because niggers are living contradictions! Niggers are full of unfulfilled ambitions!
Niggers wax and wane! Niggers love to complain! Niggers love to hear themselves talk but hate to explain!
Niggers love being another man's judge and jury! Niggers procrastinate until it's time to worry! Niggers LOVE to be late! Niggers HATE to hurry!
I've seen what's around the corner. I've seen what's over the horizon. And I PROMISE you, you niggers have nothing to celebrate.
How do you think it would have been recieved had he used nigger instead?
James Lewis
Isn't it on BET?
Nicholas Collins
Nobody hates black people like black people. Fuck, nobody hates white people like white people, for that matter.
Luis Ortiz
Shut up BET
Cameron Hill
im pretty sure Malcolm X would turn into a white nationalist if he saw what modern black people have become
Adam Ross
He'd make regular appearances on Alex Jones, probably.
Xavier Reed
I want in on this timeline now
Oliver Cook
Someone needs to write a mock up of what his speech would've been
Noah Sullivan
You don't know anything about Malcolm X do you?
Eli Hall
BET hates it’s audience
Joshua Nelson
>Niggers love to hear themselves talk but hate to explain!
Joseph Brooks
You couldn't do this in today's media climate
Austin Sullivan
What do you mean? They're still black. Blacker than ever, some would say.
Kevin Rivera
Thank you OP
The rest of you niggas need jesus.
Jaxson Price
Because liberal democrats ruined this country, quite literally. I don't know how people are blind to it. That is all I see on TV. Fucking liberals dominating the public platform to sabotage and corrode this country.
Not even memeing.
Leo Phillips
BET is a hate crime
Bentley Sullivan
>liveral democrats ruined this country >the majority of people in office are conservative republicans Do you just enjoy watching stuff that makes you mad? Turn on fox or cnn if youre so butthurt about “liberals”
Wyatt Miller
Malcom X became a pacifists who wanted blacks and whites to live separated dumb ass crackers.
Jack Price
Shh. They saw that one pic of Malcolm with the rifle so it means he hates niggers for some reason.
James Young
niggers detected
Joseph Morales
Cannot handle the bants eh?
Benjamin Hill
There is nothing proud about being a nigger. That is like being proud of being white trash.
Cameron Hill
I re binged the serie recently and it still holds up to the present day. That episode was gold.
Chase Lopez
>Malcolm would be totally okay with me saying nigger okay?? A white boy is gonna get his teeth kicked in for pushing this meme. I cannot wait for that day.
>Black Entertainment Television is the worst thing I've ever seen in my LIFE! >Usher, Michael Jackson is NOT a genre of music >And now I'd like to talk about Soul Plane >And no I won't get there with you, I'm going to Canada
Also, he looks white in that pic.
Jace Cox
I like Soul Plane
Grayson Taylor
What if they brought back Yahweh ben Yahweh?
Alexander Baker
McGruder was shitting on BET way before boondocks had a cartoon.
Joshua Gray
>Yahweh ben Yahweh Theu used have a religious broadcast on local cable access every Sunday here and I'm shocked it stayed on air for as long as it did. Apparently their messiah lived in Florida.
Gavin Cox
>Theu used have a religious broadcast
What did he mean by this?
Levi Morgan
Theu got in my brains.
Adrian Brooks
Malcom X wanted what most of the alt-right want; balkanization of the US into multiple sovereign ethno-states.
James Hernandez
Die! You go to Hell, and you die!
Evan Phillips
I'm watching the soul plane 2 episode RIGHT NOW.
Daniel Garcia
And the previous episode was when Ruckus became a televangelist
Aiden Martin
Yep. Love em all.
Lucas Myers
Not that user, but wasn't Malcolm X in favor of integration after his trip to Mecca?
Aaron Gomez
He became a pacifist but eased off of the segregation shit. It’s very telling he got killed once he started talking about working together
Bentley Howard
This, nothing more than ignorant niggas and dindus that make me and every other black person look bad by association.
Jayden Lee
Problem is, people like Aaron always end their narrative the same way:
>Black people need to do better >They're happy being ignorant >It's cool to have shiny stuff around your neck or on the side of your car, even if you can't turn the water or heat on >We think it's ok to have multiple kids we can't afford by multiple fathers who don't support them >If someone gets shot over a pair of sneakers or a warm colored bandana, it's just another Thursday night in the neighborhood >If your mother has her arms and legs cut off while your sister is raped, don't you dare tell the police, or you're a traitor to our people and they will turn on you
>Black people need to do better ... so we can unite against the white devil holding us down
Noah Collins
The problem with this is racists take it as validation because a black person acknowledged that their community has problems.
Dylan Mitchell
Why the hell would Adult Swim allow BET to air one of their cartoons? Why the hell would Aaron McGruder give a shit about BET airing his cartoon?
Levi Watson
The problem with this is that people who point out communities have internal problems get called racist.
Brody Nguyen
T. Retard Yeah liberal democrats invaded iraq and afghanistan and crucified the future of america there. Dumb fucking traitor i hope ypu die you piece of shit. People like you wasted trillions in the desert but decry eelfare. Traitors like you worship war and soldiers till its time to pay for the pain they endured. Fuck you
Evan Hernandez
>Fuck, nobody hates white people like white people, for that matter. Finally, someone points it out. People always say the "Black people are the biggest racists against blacks!" but really, any person forcefully part of a community is always the biggest critic against that community.
And that goes for fucking ANYTHING. Do you aspire to be in animation? You're gonna have a shit ton to say about how every cartoon looks the same and "artists now-a-days don't train like the greats did!". Are you gay? Gonna complain real hard about various shit the LGBT+ community does. Probably rant about pride parades and hate that the community keeps adding on more letters. You a liberal? Man, do you have some things to say about the extreme left that has taken over the political party. Probably have more things to say about that than anything.
Browse Yea Forums more than any other board? You're gonna shit on it even though places like Yea Forums and Yea Forums are way, WAY fucking worse by a longshot. But how the hell would that person know? They only engage in Yea Forums.
I'm not sure how you reached that conclusion. Half the jokes from the Boondocks are about how stupid that stuff is. Even the "unite against the white devil" stuff is the setup for a joke about moral stands never paying off. Did you actually watch the show?
Ethan Wood
Are we going to ignore Obama's countless drone strikes and military intervention in Libya? Obama was a huge hawk. And before you say it, I'm not a republitard.
Ryan Robinson
After that very speech, you have black people attacking the white house, every black NBA player refusing to play in protest of the owners, etc.
Don't project your ignorance as me making things up.
Samuel Wright
You're not wrong, but black people are some of the biggest racists period. Few other groups on the planet turn anything and everything into a matter of race as quickly and casually. And not just against whites, but Asians, Hispanics, etc. Half the LA race riots were about blacks attacking Asian storeowners because of the perception they were thugs and thieves (who went on to loot and destroy their stores.)
Carson Jones
I wonder how McGruder feels that only racist white people watch his show. I certainly know black people don't watch it, even though it's trying to speak to them.
Gavin Bennett
>Pretending white people aren't on the same level of racist.
Every time they are left unfiltered, race always come up without fail.
Jayden Torres
He was also a retard who converted to a religion founded by someone who hated Africans.
Xavier James
Not even close. Even if it was, key word being "unfiltered." Black people have no filter.
Connor Richardson
You're still missing the point. They didn't hear that speech and decide to throw another party that glorified all their problems like you wrote. Instead they finally got angry and tried to fix things. Hell black players deciding to not play and call people out would do wonders to stop tons of that thug shit.
Brody Green
Arguably the best episode of the series. Certainly the most dramatically satisfying.
Connor Cruz
True. It's not any other race that says stupid shit like "the Irish are shitskins, Italians are just as bad as fellow mediterannean Egyptians, and Finns are literally Mongols."
Ayden Butler
Islam was very attractive to Black Americans during the civil rights era. That's cause most black Americans didn't, and still don't, know how many more black slaves that the Muslims took. They believed that the European Christians were worse, cause they could look at all of the ancestors of black slaves in all of the former European colonies.
The Ottoman empire and Arabs took far more black slaves than the Europeans, but unlike the New World, there aren't black people all over the middle east. That's cause ALL black male slaves were castrated, and mixed race babies given birth to by black female slaves were killed. Those were the rules in the Caliphate. Ottomans also took white European slaves from the Balkans, but the men weren't castrated, and women's rape-babies weren't murdered.
Lincoln Gray
> I certainly know black people don't watch it I’m black. All my cousins and black guys whom I’ve met and discussed cartoons with have mentioned Boondocks multiple times. I was in an art class in Highschool where on break this one black girl would quote Uncle Rukus verbatim.
Christopher Kelly
Yup. Arabic slave trade not only took more but lasted way longer; hell, it still sort of goes on in the exploitation of migrant workers in place like Qatar.
Easton Morris
reparations pls
Nathan Rogers
Uncle Toms don't count.
Isaiah Bell
I hate how white people take black people's perspectives about their own race and use it as an excuse to be racist >b-but one of you said it so I can say it fucking liberals
Ayden Myers
The bitch who I was talking about was a hardcore stoner who abused her boyfriend and called the cops saying he abused her. I dunno how that’s Uncle Tom shit
Jonathan Bailey
Yeah, Netflix Luke Cage got shit on by mainstream sites for portraying internal strife in the black community and not making the whole thing about white racism.
Brandon Morgan
>muh anecdotal evidence Okay, guy.
Ian Phillips
But Western Black culture needs to understand that we make our own problems way more than the white supremacists do.
Elijah Carter
The claim black people not watching Boondocks is anecdotal itself
Do you think OP, or anyone else in this thread, gives a shit
Ryan Ward
Is that why its most popular home was Cartoon fucking Network?
Luke Parker
>Hell black players deciding to not play and call people out would do wonders to stop tons of that thug shit. hue.
Connor Murphy
Here's the thing, if a black person is going to be racist, they're up front about it. White people, not so much. I had to ditch some college friends cause of my old childhood friend said once I left the bar.
Camden Taylor
Where do you get this idea that successful black people are all Uncle Toms?
Cameron Brown
Yea Forums's a hell of a drug.
Jason Anderson
Black people watch cartoon network. Mostly because of Toonami, but still. I mean shit even if you argue all blacks do is watch BET, they're both part of the same cable package.
William Allen
>Being on Cartoon Network was a death sentence for a show that gained 3 more seasons afterwards
I dunno if that's true. White guys seem to get away with the lone wolf argument. Or at least, they throw it out there a lot.
Joseph White
I give a shit. Now that he pointed it out MLK should have not held back.
Nathan Rivera
That probably has more to do with black people being told they can't be racist because they're punching up, even if it's against other minority groups.
Jaxson Evans
>Here's the thing, if a black person is going to be racist, they're up front about it. I wonder. Have you ever heard of code switching?
Isaiah Reed
>Black people watch cartoon network You mean a bunch of pochos and white kids who believe Toonami is one block away from coming back.
I never said it killed it. I literally stated the opposite. Moron.
Grayson Ortiz
>>the majority of people in office are conservative republicans Tell that to Detroit, Baltimore, Gary, Chicago, St. Louis, Memphis, Kansas City, Milwaukee, Cleveland, Stockton, etc.
Adam Gutierrez
>I wonder how McGruder feels that only racist white people watch his show.
He doesn't give a fuck, and I also don't give a fuck what they think. Someone has to air out the dirty laundry and point out issues with contemporary black culture. I hate being lumped in with hood trash and I hate well-off blacks that promote or engage in low class behavior. I also hate those that blindly back other black people just because they're black, despite the ones they're defending generally being worthless sacks of shit. If other blacks are uncomfortable with other races acknowledging the shitty aspects of themselves being aired out, then they should help in addressing and ridiculing it rather than simply suppressing it and plugging their ears.
It's not being snooty or elitist, it's just not wanting a whole culture being defined by the least of its people.
Brayden Garcia
How is that racist?
Josiah Davis
>Someone has to air out the dirty laundry and point out issues with contemporary black culture. The fact that you think this hasn't been done since the 60s is laughable. I mean shit we had congressional hearings on rap lyrics. >It's not being snooty or elitist, it's just not wanting a whole culture being defined by the least of its people. That's just gonna happen no matter what.
Austin Moore
>Uncle Tom There's that saying again. Stay in your lane white user.
I don't think it is, but I do think it speaks to subleties in behavior and the ability to self censor around whites instead of being up front about something.
Christopher Rogers
>The fact that you think this hasn't been done since the 60s is laughable. I mean shit we had congressional hearings on rap lyrics.
I am in awe of how stupid you must be.
Colton Flores
Skipping straight to the name calling real quick there. Not surprising.
Dylan Bennett
>any person forcefully part of a community is always the biggest critic against that community. This. White people are fucking obnoxious.
Brandon Edwards
You're either going to lumped with hood rats or you'll be lumped with people who agree with your sentiment that black people are subhuman. It's not really easy to criticize black culture because you are either turning your back on your own people and confirming racist rhetoric or you're ignoring all its flaws.
Evan Brooks
>He doesn't give a fuck Honestly? He'd probably kill the comic strip if he even attempted to reconcile his black commentary with the white people who push it as redpilled, even though most of them still quote the nigger bit from that one Chris Rock special.
I know I would. Then again, I have principles.
Mason Morris
MLK Jr loved black people. Black people hate black people cause they grew up in a society where white people hate them.If you grew up black, you mostly grew up in a neighborhood with shitty, rundown houses, next to little of any nutritious food, and poor, underfunded education systems, police that don't respect you, fear you, but won't protect you, which leads them to think that the law has forgotten about them. Not to say that it's impossible to drudge yourself out of that lifestyle, but when you're born in it, molded by it. It's tricky. It's not dissimilar to why depressed people make bad choices that make them more depressed. It's systemic.
Luis Bell
>The fact that you think this hasn't been done since the 60s is laughable. I mean shit we had congressional hearings on rap lyrics.
I fucking know it's not about it being done, it's about it being done effectively. A bunch of dickheads in congress contemplating about the content of rap music than anything of worth offers nothing. People within that culture have to do the self-reflection and rebuilding of itself, not some dinosaurs in government.
>That's just gonna happen no matter what.
Of course it's going to fucking happen, I'm saying that it shouldn't be ignored or encouraged by members of that culture. Low class hood shit isn't being ridiculed, it's fucking promoted, there's no fucking shame in people acting like a bunch of jigs because there are no actual repercussions.
James Harris
I'm curious. Ever hear of Greenwood?
Joseph Roberts
This. If the law and society doesn't apply to you, why would you comply to it?
Jose Rogers
>People within that culture have to do the self-reflection and rebuilding of itself You're the one demanding that, not the community. That's why it's fucking stupid for the government to get involved.
William Taylor
Are white people mandated to be their brother's keepers? Are asians? I'm legitimately asking. I don't have insight into their communities.
Jaxon Richardson
>Killing a comic because some people misinterpret the message That's fucking retarded.
Jack Smith
You're forgetting that's not even the start of it. For generations black people tried playing by the rules. They enlisted, and got told the GI Bill benefits didn't apply to them. Soldiers would literally get off the bus from defending their country and get the shit kicked out of them for stealing the white man's valor. They tried making thriving communities, and the best case scenario is that banks wouldn't loan and people wouldn't do business with them. Worst case you get something like the Tulsa Race Riots where the government carpet bombs them back to the stone age. And every step of the way you have people going "Okay but THIS time if you play by the rules it'll work out! We promise!"
Jaxon Bailey
>You're either going to lumped with hood rats or you'll be lumped with people who agree with your sentiment that black people are subhuman.
Fuck both groups, I'd personally press the button that shot them into the sun.
>It's not really easy to criticize black culture because you are either turning your back on your own people and confirming racist rhetoric or you're ignoring all its flaws.
It's very easy, it's also easy to weather criticisms from idiots that see it as me "turning my back on my race" rather than trying to encourage them to turn their back on shameless coonery. I can confirm and ridicule the shitty aspects of my race without aligning with a bunch of racist losers.
Oliver Hall
Resurrected Malcolm X vs Louis Farrakhan cage match when?
Liam Campbell
Not even that user, but what does that have to do with not perpetuating shitty culture? Even in a vacuum, a black community wouldn't fare well if they don't cull poor behavior.
Owen Cruz
why are you pretending to know what it's like to be oppressed
Cameron Brown
It all traces back to hate. I live around Baltimore, and I can tell you that segregation in regards to the housing market in the early 1900s has basically made west and east Baltimore heavily, heavily troubled.
Samuel Scott
The narrative of what black is got warped and denigrated enough that it became internalized. There's no such thing as a cultural vacuum, at least not outside of some small tribes on islands or in the Amazon.
Jaxson Harris
wasn't that the city in which the black mayor told the black chief of police to allow black citizens to burn down black businesses and black homes because "something something justified anger"
Liam Scott
>There's no such thing as a cultural vacuum That's not what I said, but ok.
Kevin Sanchez
Nah, it would be the principled thing to do. I don't want my commentary misinterpreted by bad faith actors trying to convince people I'm the one with the beef against black people.
Introspection and self-criticism are both important aspects of the strip and the cartoon too, but what do you enjoy about it? That some nigger called their own a nigger. Baste.
Nicholas James
What does that have to do with anything? They're just explaining how black culture developed independently from the rest of the US because it was burned time and time again by either being violently suppressed or outright lied to in being told what should have been afforded to them as citizens of the country that were denied opportunities offered to everybody else.
That said, it's one thing to acknowledge the shitty and outright fucking criminal behavior historically brought on blacks by the rest of society, it's another thing to not acknowledge the problems of its people and addressing it properly. There are plenty of reasons for black people to be angry, just don't get fucking self-destructive about it and make the situation worse by giving their detractors more ammunition to use against them by proving them right.
Justin Myers
You said that in a vaccuum the community wouldn't fair well if they iddn't cull poor behavior. Except that there's no vaccum. that's literally impossible to have. Not to mention that's just not how behavior works. You need carrots as well as sticks.
And as far as "perpetuating shitty culture" goes, I've never really understood why gangta rap (which let's be real is the only thing that ever comes up in this argument even though it makes up such a small percentage of hip hop culture, let along the greater black culture) is a deal breaker when Italians get to make franchies about their crime families and those are celebrated and award winning. Is that not glorifying crime even more?
Adam Walker
Okay, Mr. White Genocide.
Hunter Perry
>I don't want my commentary misinterpreted Then you may as well retreat from all public life and contact with human beings. You are never going to prevent assholes from being assholes, ever.
If that's how you feel, you aren't an artist or an activist. You're a nihilist and a coward.
Tyler White
>riots trigger me I forget Americans have to literally ask permission to protest, so course riots are immediate grounds for execution.
Lucas Parker
>and make the situation worse by giving their detractors more ammunition to use against them by proving them right. Ammunition will be provided regardless. It will be made up, wholesale, ala Reefer Madness, and packaged for the masses. Any arguments to the contrary will be quietly erased, or loudly shouted out of the room with a cry of WE WUZ KANGZ. There's really nothing to do but wait out the clock.
Nathan Peterson
>violent, firebombing riots = protest ok kiddo
Brody Peterson
Or I could just easily deny these bad actors their precious tools by denouncing their shit and cancelling the strip. Then you'd be calling me a nigger too for daring not to entertain your propaganda campaign.
It really is that easy. The world doesn't revolve around you. You're about as expendable as your idiotic posturing suggests.
Evan Brooks
White people do that shit when their soccer teams win.
Blake Anderson
>riots trigger me Such a fucking child, and just as ineffective.
Kevin Flores
There's also the option of living a virtual existence. None of my online friends know I'm black and I do my nest to keep it that way. The one guy that found out *immediately* started talking to me like I was five years old.
Aiden Lewis
When you quit, you allow them to have the tools. Retreating doesn't actually do anything to dissuade assholes from being assholes.
You're in no position to lecture anyone about the world revolving around them when your entire argument is an extended, whining tirade that the world doesn't revolve around you.
William Gonzalez
> Except that there's no vaccum. that's literally impossible to have. Because it was hypothetical, obviously a vacuum can't exist in real life, but even if one did, you would still need to crack down on poor behavior.
>which let's be real is the only thing that ever comes up in this argument even though it makes up such a small percentage of hip hop culture, let along the greater black culture How about the fact that single motherhood rates exploded after the civil rights era and there are now more single parent households than households with both parents.
Jordan Wood
No they don't, why do people say this? Riots trigger normal people, user.
Ryder Gray
>Destroying your own communities is a good thing Who the fuck will invest in places like Milwaukee now? You just impoverish your own fucking communities instead of accomplishing anything. People will turn the TVs on and see a bunch of opportunists and nothing will change.
Jacob Morales
>If you win, you actually lose It's cute that you believe that. Makes me wonder how many times you've uttered the phrase "death of the author" without actually having read the essay.
Brody Gutierrez
>How about the fact that single motherhood rates exploded after the civil rights era and there are now more single parent households than households with both parents. How about the fact that we have actual admissions from people in the Nixon administration that this was a concentrated, targeted effort on their part to destabilize the black community with a phony war on drugs? How about the fact that the thirteenth amendment allowed (still allows) for indentured servitude as a means of corporal punishment? Is it just *coincidence* that the former slave race gets forced back into slavery via criminalization? Or are the only facts that matter fifty percent memes?
Ethan Nelson
Protesting gets you ran over by a fat autist who calls his victim a commie while requesting mercy from the court. I'll take my rioting any time.
Wyatt Jones
>No they don't, why do people say this? My fault. It was hockey. Vancouver sounds crazy.
Wyatt Howard
>Gets life in prison You really have no idea about anything that's not on the Internet, do you?
John Martinez
I'm not sure how that factors into any of this, but you're not equipped to have that discussion, clearly.
You didn't take your ball and go home, you left the ball, the court, the rulebook, and the referee and hoped the game would stop. You have no right to complain and you've no high ground to stand on.
Landon Mitchell
I know he got life in prison, dumb shit. I spent all that day smiling. He still asked for mercy after calling the woman he ran over and her mother communists on the prison phone line. You expect me to ask permission to protest when these people are planning to kill me, riots or not? Eat shit and die, pal.
Owen King
Rioting will get you shot you dumb faggot
Chase King
seethe and cope, nigger.
Ian Turner
>le meme reply but also you're the one who knows nothing Okay, buddy. Keep thinking the Boondocks guy is batting for you.
Isaiah Price
You sound like a communist
Ethan Campbell
To be fair, everything will get you shot.
Jose Scott
The black family was disintegrating for over a decade before Nixon was president. In fact it was stronger before jim crow was even abolished, so I don't see how you can point the finger at decreasing levels of discrimination as the cause.
Parker Diaz
>ask permission to protest Who fucking gives a shit about permission? Rioting accomplishes nothing, it makes you look worse and destroys any legitimacy you have.
Jacob Miller
Citations?
Camden Green
The Boondocks are based in Atlanta where the population of blacks is massive. This isn't postulation, this is a fact. It's targeted at them and they loved it there. Everyone around would talk about the latest episode back in High School because it was the hip and trendy thing to do.
Nicholas Carter
Moynihan report.
John Torres
You sound like a well-adjusted human being. I hope whatever violent act you're planning out doesn't involve children.
What meme? You're arguing FOR the death of the author, dude. You're arguing that the "bad actors" control the messaging, and by that argument your retreating from the stage means you condone their messaging.
Angel King
Why do you think our cops do whatever they feel like whenever they want? We ask them to stop, they say no, and we apparently accept it. Every now and then they offer up a cop for a guilty plea to keep the masses placated.
Nolan Adams
>Rioting accomplishes nothing Lma
Nicholas Harris
Bailey v. Atlanta, broham. Not a thing any more.
Aiden Sanders
And when it does happen, it just so happens to be a black, Muslim cop who shot a white lady too. It's so transparent I can't believe deny it.
Camden Edwards
Your trips require a response but it doesn't deserve one more than a hearty lol. The Moynihan Report tries to exist in a bubble that ignores anything that might reflect badly on non blacks.
Parker Hill
Explain how destroying YOUR OWN COMMUNITY is an effective form of revolt.
Evan Phillips
Lawfully protesting will get you ran over by larping nazis. Destroying your neighborhood (actually a couple of streets with broken glass and maybe one or two burnt up cars, mostly filled with militarized police officers) seems like a good compromise against fascism.
I'm not playing your centrist gotcha, fag. My stance is clear and that's why it bothers you.
Hudson Murphy
Are you sure you have the right case?
Nathaniel Davis
>Destroying my own town seems like a good compromise against people who don't live in my town and whose behavior will not be influenced one iota by my tard rage
Fighting fascism by burning my 90 year-old neighbor's car, fucking brilliant mate.
Parker Bailey
woops, Bailey v. Alabama.
Oliver Smith
Hundreds of businesses were vandalized and destroyed during the Baltimore riots, and violent crime increased dramatically after the riots.
Bentley Martinez
Okay. I read up on it. I'm not seeing where they overturned the penal exemption to slavery, and in fact, the exemption is still on the books as of my clicking post. Having said that, I screwed up in the earlier post by saying indentured servitude instead of involuntary.
Jacob Johnson
>Pretending to care about the race of the cop The Milwaukee riots were instigated when a black cop shot a black man who had a gun in his hand, and within 4 hours people began rioting before learning the facts. Don't pretend like you actually give a shit.
Samuel Allen
Sure they did, FBI.
Blake Hill
Horseshoe theory being proven once again.
Ian Hughes
>>Pretending to care I do care, actually. I know a zoomie like you raised in the ultra ironic era can't and won't hold any actual values, but I do.
Jaxon Phillips
No you didn't because it's literally in the opinion of the court.
"The act of Congress, nullifying all state laws by which it should be attempted to enforce the "service or labor of any persons as peons, in liquidation of any debt or obligation, or otherwise," necessarily embraces all legislation which seeks to compel the service or labor by making it a crime to refuse or fail to perform it."
It is illegal to compel service or labor due to criminal offenses. Period and end of sentence.
Joseph Gutierrez
>.If you grew up black, you mostly grew up in a neighborhood with shitty, rundown houses, next to little of any nutritious food, and poor, underfunded education systems, police that don't respect you, fear you, but won't protect you, which leads them to think that the law has forgotten about them. I'm white and that's how I grew up, meanwhile most black people I know didn't grow up in that situation.
Andrew Watson
So explain to me the rationale behind rioting and destroying your own community in response to a black cop protecting himself from a black suspect pointing a gun at him. >inb4 they didn't do that much damage!!!! You can't just look at the immediate damages, there are long lasting consequences. People aren't going to invest in communities that loot and riot over nothing, and the community will just be further impoverished.
Liam Perez
>a black cop protecting himself Christ, this place filled up with bootlickers so quickly. You're never getting to me side with a cope, dude. I'm just not a fucking cuck.
Jackson Rogers
edgy
Blake Cox
There was a body camera showing the dude pointed a gun at the cop, the only one coping is you.
Leo Smith
>There was a body camera showing the dude pointed a gun at the cop Lmao
Sebastian Peterson
The constitution is federal level not state level.
Kayden Gonzalez
Ask us how we know you didn't graduate high school.
Leo Lewis
It went to the supreme court.
Henry Sanders
I did graduate high school It was just an American one.
William Bailey
so do you dye your own hair or does your mother help? i assume you have some sort of setup in her basement.
Nathan Perez
And this episode proved that Al Sharpton is a huge pussy.
Dylan Turner
>Period and end of sentence. But not end of paragraph. >The state may impose involuntary servitude as a punishment for crime, but it may not compel one man to labor for another in payment of a debt, by punishing him as a criminal if he does not perform the service or pay the debt.
Jace Evans
Bro you can just look it up online, it's freely available.
Gabriel Collins
Funny.
The Constitution encompasses all levels of government in the United States. States cannot enact laws that are in conflict with the Constitution or with the standing rulings of its legal interpretations by the Supreme Court. Supreme Court opinions are considered valid interpretations of the Constitution and are used as the basis for all legal proceedings in the country.
Matthew Kelly
Fair.
Ian Sanders
And it continues, too.
>While its immediate concern was African slavery, the Thirteenth Amendment was a charter of universal civil freedom for all persons of whatever race, color, or estate, under the flag.
>The words "involuntary servitude" have a larger meaning than slavery, and the Thirteenth Amendment prohibited all control by coercion of the personal service of one man for the benefit of another.
"Involuntary servitude" in this case means being placed in prison. Not the same thing as chattel slavery.
Good talk, bye bye.
Thomas Torres
Cherry-picking and goal-post moving
Tyler Ward
Yeah, so it's just a coincidence that the slave race is the one placed in prison disproportionate to its size. Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.
Carson Baker
Colin Kaepernick
Colton Anderson
hence my hue of laughter
Noah Martin
All the NFL and NBA players who took a knee caused people to flip.
Ayden Rivera
Football hooligans would like a word with you
Cooper Howard
They commit crimes disproportionate to their size, even if you ignore all drug related crimes.
Ryan Wilson
They're arrested for crimes, that doesn't mean they commit them.
Jose Hill
You're right, that's up for courts and evidence to decide.
But please, tell me how all arrests of not-white humans are illegitimate.
What incarceration rate would be acceptable to you?
Austin Ward
>You're right, that's up for courts and evidence to decide. >Implying juries are impartial and unbiased
Carson Torres
Right, so no juries for black defendants. Good answer.
Bentley Sanchez
Are you saying that conviction rates aren't disproportionate as well?
Michael Turner
Statistics don't lie.
Aaron Gray
95% of cases end in plea bargains.
Cooper Phillips
No, they're just data points. You're the one projecting a singular cause to those data points.
Dylan King
And? Plea bargains don't necessarily mean guilt.
Jack Lewis
Nobody said it's a singular cause, there are many things that help to compile that data.
Lincoln Lewis
They literally do.
Xavier Reed
Nobody pointed to a cause. There are probably a lot of contributing factors including socioeconomic status, and the causes of socioeconomic status are entirely up for debate as well.
Juan Barnes
Not when they can be coerced.
Jonathan Reyes
Not every single case, maybe most of them, but there can be cases where the person is pretty much screwed one way or another and makes the plea as it's usually the least painful outcome.
Lincoln Jackson
They legally are a guilty verdict. If you want to say they may have not actually committed the crime, go ahead, but there is no way to statistically measure how often that happens, and if you're arguing that innocent black people pleaing guilty explains the 39% disparity between population size and homicides then the burden of proof is on you.
Jose Davis
>pleaing
plead·ing
Xavier Gray
Thanks.
Bentley Nelson
Pleading AND being judged by a jury under flimsy evidence would be enough to explain the disparity.
Asher Hall
Wasn't he also assassinated by a Muslim extremist group?
Cooper Jenkins
It wouldn't, and you don't have any statistics proving it. Something you can't fake however, are black homicide victimization rates, which again are hugely disproportionate to their population size.
Logan Adams
Why did he want to go to Canada?
Brody Baker
it's a nice place to live
Gavin Mitchell
Yeah he was assassinated by Nation of Islam members a year after he left.
Julian Green
To get away from all the bullshit. And back then, Canada wasn't entirely horrible.
America is hardly that bad, the fringe groups can be annoying, but only if they give them too much attention. The worst of the shit is over now that some of the groups have screwed themselves over getting rules put in place that they somehow thought wouldn't affect them as well.
When I watched the Disneyland fight at ToonTown, I immediately thought, “Yep, this is a nigga moment.” The slightest words of aggression turned into a full blown nigger moment, and niggers started fighting and throwing their lives away. And I can bet people watching were thinking “Wait a minute, I’m white.” And then just walked away laughing.
Soul Plane overhated. It's only brought up to be mocked, everyone that was in the movie makes fun of it or acts likes like they were ashamed of it. I never got what big deal was since nearly every lower tier black comedy is flanderizing black stereotypes.
>You're never getting to me side with a cope, dude. Saying you would never do or not do something just shows that you're operating from a position of bias rather than any sort of rational reasoning, you shouldn't approach any situation from a preconceived assumption you should take things on a case by case basis.
Henry Rivera
>actually believing those "documents" Why do you think they killed MLK and now are trying to say he was this bad person.
Asher Myers
Becuase it's him saying he's done with their shit and leaving. For what it's worth there isn't a lot of racial issues in Canada with people of African descent and leaving for Canada is a common statement from people during an election year if their candidate isn't elected most never do and Canada has very strict emigration laws
