Your fetish is both confusing and repulsive to me, but I have to admit that this is quite well written.
Grammar is good, prose is good, dialogue is good. It's also nicely formatted.
The the beginning of the Russian roulette game manages to build some effective tension, but this deflates as it goes on.
Your ability to describe half a dozen people blowing their brains out in fairly distinct ways in such a short piece is admirable.
My main criticism is that you didn't included an extended sequence where the annies have a passionate make out session. The way they were looking at each other in the accompanying image led me to hope that I might get that out of your story before reaching the snuff part.

Yes, though I think we knew more about where we were going when Jeanne was still around. Right now it feels a bit meandering but I hope that's just because the plot hooks have yet to come.
