thanks based terrible patreanon
I don't know what the fuck this is but always see it in the catalog
Dumb comic about trannies, sometimes robots, at one point there was a coffee shop involved I dunno.
Same
Who reads this shit?
Let someone else be Based Terrible Poster, you’re ruining the flow of the thread.
yall need to understand this is the webcomic equivalent of a soap opera.
most people keep reading it to complain about the dropped plot lines, character development reversals, meta drama with the fans, and the inexplicably rotating cast.
also we have a countdown for when the author an heros, as hes effectively trapped by a webcomic that is too profitable to ever shut down and yet so artistically stale that he winds up drunkenly stabbing himself every five years out of regret / anger / powerlessness.
We all do, user.
And now,
so do you.
It is good that you read Questionable Content.
Is it though?
Very good. Hardly anything is better than reading Questionable Content.
Ok jj
What if Jeph never goes back to the human chatacters and just focuses on these two?
What was this?
What if all the human characters become robots?
If you actually read and enjoy this comic you need to get neutered.
Frogs deserve the same.
It has ears, clearly it's not a frog. Educate yourself.
i laughed at dumb goth robot's joke
at this point i would request a full blown execution
Edit of the Roko pinup Yuf did edited so she's ahegao'ing with a butt plug in her ass.
Is the idea of this comic supposed to be that some characters are human and others are robots? I cant tell which is which
It's oddly amusing and refreshing to see a character being such an asshat to another character without an imminent incoming soapbox speech or Jeph ex machina comeuppance. Yay is like Pintsize if he didn't masturbate so much and could actually accomplish things.
it's also a really harmless and innocent joke. it evokes the kind of groaning cringe I like to get with my plainly corny jokes
if the robots aren't fucking I don't care
what if they're fucking via email but you can't tell
This comic is terrible.
I want to fuck these bots
>butt plug in her ass.
Should have been a Croissant
Every new character he brings in starts out just like this, all weird and happy. Then they start to show that they're actually very troubled young people who we should feel bad about laughing at because of all their brain problems and societal rejection. Remember the germaphobe girl, Hannelore? She was just a quirky girl who watched Marten pee in a bar bathroom once. Now she's a barely functioning autistic run away space lesbian or something.
>Now she's a barely functioning autistic run away space lesbian or something.
I think you need to read Questionable Content
Yeah, something bread related is practically a requirement
I am an autistic loser neet who has no friends or hobbies
I was the kid who sat in the back of the school at lunch avoiding everyone because it was less painful
I used to read this sort of content because I have no money and no friends and reading free webcomics for a few hours gave me something to do to distract me from the crippling boredom and depression of life.
Actually I think it's the other way around. Any personality a character initially has dissolves until "sarcastic" is their only trait and they work at the coffee shop or whatever new hub Jeph designates because the coffee shop is now beyond ridiculous.
Necrobumper
If it's so terrible why is it so popular?
>effectively trapped by a webcomic that is too profitable to ever shut down and yet so artistically stale
Do you really think there's some brilliant, non-QC work inside of him?
Hipsters started reading it for the indie music references for hipster cred and couldn't stop even when it quit being about music. It went from "you're not trendy if you don't get this nod to an obscure band" and dick jokes to relationship drama and dad jokes.
No, but he does, thus the emotional conflict regarding being "trapped" by something that makes more money than it has any rights to.
There haven't been any human characters in the comic for a while. The humans have natural skin tones. The last human character drawn at all was Claire's mom in comic 4019 (holy crap 24 comics ago), and the last speaking human was Marigold in 4013, a full 30 comics straight. That's at least 6 weeks since a person spoke. There were also partial humans drawn in 4015, maybe he just gave up drawing actual people since he does it so badly, I dunno.
Whats the point of calling them robots when they're identical to humans to the viewers. You just draw a person then paint their skin blue and go "durr now I can write about lesbians without being assed to make an actual story"
OMG I FORGOT DORA MADE A JOKE ABOUT MARTEN WANTING A GIRL WITH A PENIS questionablecontent.net
Figured the failure of Alice Grove would destroy that delusion.
Based terrible poster
When the comic shifted away from Martin and Pintsize and became a LGBTQNSDAPGGTTYL-fest it went from mediocre, yet slightly amusing to abject shit.
Why are insecure girls collapsing in on themselves so cute
We know for a fact that he doesn't have "brilliant, non-QC work inside of him" because he made a large commotion over his excitement to create Alice Grove, his true passion project that supposedly was in the works for years. In fact, that was the original purpose of the Patreon. And then it started fizzling out nearly immediately as he effectively never kept to the claimed schedule and the comic itself suffered from a disjointed, nonsensical narrative from the beginning. It is rather clear he had some vague idea but invested no pre-production development, instead opting to figure it as he went along. Except you can't get away with this in a "big arc" hard sci-fi production like you can with a slice-of-life hipster comic. This should have been really obvious--and the justification to collect significantly more money for deeper development--but apparently Jeph became arrogant to the extent that he believed everything he touches turns to gold. Oh, and Jeph promised a replacement comic "this fall" with the conclusion of Alice Grove, which ended two years ago.
