In times like this, Marvel really needs a sort if Anti-Cap, who's stronger and faster but hates America and goes over the top with the USA theme in a sort of ironic way as an insult. Essentially the white man's idealized dream contrasted with the non white realism. American Eagle would be perfect for that. Just add eagle heads as shoulder pads and a big kite shield with USA spray painted on it and a big gun on the side. But with a red and black colour scheme instead of blue and white. I think it could work
