>people actually wanting Otto for the next spiderman villain

Osborn is peter's main foe, his archenemesis, and none of his other villains are anywhere near his level.
Doc Ock compared to GG is like comparing a little baby to a NFL football player, totally inferior in every way; Hell, that's what half of the superior spiderman was about, Osborn just rubbing Otto's face in his shit about how shittier than him he was.

Why's everyone want burnt roadkill when they could have Prime rib? Osborn should be our next villain, the real deal, not some shitty ass second stringers.

The legit reason why they can't do Otto is because it's already been done.

Who cares?
Both of them will just be generic Iron Man villains angry at Tony Stark and have no connection to Peter/Spider-Man.

This meme is dumb; we've had 2 villains (shocker doesn't count as more than dumb muscle minion) upset at tony, there's no reason for them to continue it.

Scorpion for example has zero connection with iron man and looks to be a future villain for example.

>Scorpion for example has zero connection with iron man
Yet.
Just wait til they reveal he use to work for Tony Stark and they fired him.

I like that they've never really re-done any villains in the Spidey-flicks. It's not like Superman that has used Luthor time and time again.

Green Goblin, Doc Ock, Sandman,Venom, Harry Goblin, Lizard, Electro, Rhino, Vulture, Shocker, Mysterio all managed to get some sweet cinematic action. Harry's Goblin being the only one to show up more than once.

We still need Kraven, Chameleon, Scorpion (homecoming was just set up), Smythe and the Slayers, The Enforcers, Hobgoblin and The Spot all deserve a showcase over another Norman movie.

Scorpion is obviously next in line. I don't know why people want or expect a different villain to be written in when they've already got him set up.

Iron Man alerted the feds to his illegal gun deal

>Osborn is Peter’s archenemies
I can see why you’d think this, but actually JJJ is Spider-Man’s archenemies.

>The Enforcers
>2019
hope you like mooks in stolen Stark power armor

>electro
>Sweet cinematic action
>Using that description for ANY of the amazing spiderman films

But he says straight up a the end of the movie that he blames spiderman, not tony, to vulture.

The title of Peter's archnemesis changes as often as the seasons. If it's not Otto or Osborne, it's Brock, Kraven, Fisk, Cassidy or somebody else.

Whomever the story needs to make the narrative personal for Peter.

Green goblin has historically been more of his arch nemesis more times than anyone else. Ever since he killed Gwen stacy there's been no going back, he's stolen the spot.

>Doc Ock compared to GG is like comparing a little baby to a NFL football player
This is correct, a baby is more entertaining than the NFL

>The Spot
Mah nigga. I've love them to get David Warner to voice/play him as well

>Fisk
Only in the the animated series really
>SMYYYYYTHEEEEE!

And then he died for years until they needed a quick fix for the clone saga.

He didn't even plan to have Peter kill her. It's a happy accident he's been coasting on for years. It practically doesn't matter anymore now that Spider-Gwen exists.

Kingpin is more of Daredevil's archnemsis anyways.

If I were Disney i'll go with Fisk, Sony want Carnage i suppose

>alternate realities exist.
>Therefore it doesn't matter if I killed someone, because the alternate reality version of them is still alive!

I said practically.

It still happened in fiction. Though meeting Spider-Gwen gives Peter some closure and relief that there a living super-powered Gwen that he can talk to.

Then in real life, her existence kinda deflates her 616 version's death.

>Whomever the story needs to make the narrative personal for Peter.
>mfw we get pic.

I-I just want to see Kaine Parker, Ben Reilly and Superior Ock in spider-verse 2.

Now if they did Jackal that would be fucking crazy. I loved how Mysterio turned out.

Regardless of the bitching, movie Mysterio backstory is much more compelling.
