I am but I worry I will lose Nicktoons before its over with, I had to cut it from my package because I couldn't afford the deal. Lost many unneeded channels but also this one, Sponge is good background noise at night when nothing is airing and Nicktoons tosses a few in.

I dunno when the removal is taking place.

Nicktoons finally fixed itself? For like this whole year the video was too far to the left and it was only this channel. Aspect ratio changing to stretch it and stuff didn't change that it was too far over. When it went to commercial you could see it jump back into normal position, then when the show came back on it jumped back to out of place.

Just curious if anyone else has had this issue or if you know what it is.

Nick’s ratings are actually very good for a kids cable channel, frequently their shows almost reach a million views. Cartoon Network at most will reach half of that. And Disney Channel is in the middle. Idk about international ratings but CN is more popular in other countries apparently.

The past few years instead of showing The Paper with Valentine's Day they've done a block of "love themed" episodes.

It's just that i grew up with Nick, they gave me some of the best experiences with there cartoons, if i make a cartoon i want to work with the company that i feel a connection with and i feel like i can help them

People need to realize something. My 70 year old father points out it's common practice that most people don't watch TV during the summer. Has been the case for decades. And it's only getting worse with the age of the Internet and mobile smart phones.

And, logically speaking, it makes sense. I mean, back in my day it's been claimed most kids stay inside and play games, but that was never true. Back then nerds/destined neets only did this, this wasn't the norm until gaming did become the norm at the start of the 2010s. I'd really expect if you're not outside with friends, you're on the phone on Youtube instead of Nick/CN/Disney. So yeah, I think that's the reason for why ratings are so low. He's been around for a while (of course), so I take validation from him. It's funny this topic became relevant because of some random chit chat a day or two ago.

I'm thinking it's an issue with Dish, my other TVs have that issue too with Nicktoons. What I noticed was that these episodes airing now that are fucked up have the Nicktoons logo over the episode, when that fixed episode aired the logo was half over the video and half into the black side bars. The fuck ups happen when the channel goes into an episode and I'm curious why.

Nicktoons is better off with the HD remasters of Seasons 1-8
Nickelodeon doesn't deserve them because they'll butcher them by speeding them up faster than 25FPS and cutting out scenes from the beginning and end
